Chapter 2

Grace's POV

*at Sam's house next day*

"So how about we do the research first?" Willow says

"Yeah sounds good" Gray says

"Before we start, anyone want some pizza rolls?" Sam says

"OF COURSE" we all say at the same time

Sam goes into his kitchen and makes pizza rolls while we start setting up the project. A couple minutes later he comes in with the pizza rolls and we start researching.

"We just have to find little things like independence date, type of governments and things like that" Sam said while he was on his computer.

We finished all the research and then we started working on the play.

"So Chandler and Nicole are our actors and no one else?" I said

"Actually we need parents for Juliet." Gray said

"And you and Sam are going to be their parents" Nicole said

"Okay I'm cool with that" Sam said

"Yeah it's okay" I said "what the big problem anyways?"

"Nothing really" Nicole said "now let's get back to work"

It was about 7:30 and we stopped working. We started writing the play and we're almost done.

"Tomorrow after school?" Sam said

"Sure" everyone else said

We all went home and once I got home I got a text from Willow and Nicole in our group conversation.

Willow: Yo I heard you actually got a date

Nicole: Is it Sam???!!!

Grace: Yes it Sam, he offered to go with me BUT JUST AS FRIENDS

Nicole: Okay whatever "going just as friends"

Grace: What about you and Gray, Willow?

Willow: he didn't ask me

Nicole: well I bet he is so you better say yes because your the only one without a date

Willow: well no one has asked me and now both of you guys have dates

Grace: we got you ;)

Willow: okey whatever gtg

Nicole: ttyl bye

Grace: adios👋🏻

I ate and then went to take a shower. I got out and got ready for bed.

I was about to go to sleep then my phone went off. It was a text from Sam. That butt hole just interrupted my sleep he doesn't deserve me to look at it, but as curious as I was I looked at it anyways.

It said: meet me after school tommorow in the court yard

I texted back.

Why?

Sam: It's a surprise

Now he's making me wait, and I hate waiting. I just went to sleep and forgot about it.

I woke up and got ready. I got my phone off the charger and read a text from Sam.
