7|• Dual Role

Viansh settles behind his desk, picking up a stack of documents. He glances at his schedule, noting a particularly important client meeting later that afternoon. As he starts to review the files.

A short while later, there's a soft knock at Viansh's Cabin door. "Come in," he calls out, looking up from his desk. To his surprise and delight, it's Maahi who enters, looking fresh and professional in her work attire.

Mahi comes inside the cabin and says "Good morning sir"

Viansh stands up from his desk, He said coldly. "Good morning, Maahi." He gestures for her to take a seat.

"Sir, I have completed 4 files in the project you gave me" She said

Viansh's eyes widen in surprise and admiration. "Already? That's incredible, Maahi. Here, let me take a look." He holds out his hand for the files, his fingers brushing against hers as she passes them over. He quickly flips through the pages, nodding approvingly.

Viansh looks up from the files, his eyes meeting Maahi's. "These are excellent, Maahi. Absolutely excellent. The project has an estimated 20 files in total." He watches her, his gaze soft.

"Yes sir You have given me this week to complete this project, I will complete 16 more files" Maahi said.

Viansh leans back in his chair, his arms crossed over his chest. A mischievous grin spreads across his face.

"You know what, Maahi? Since you're doing so well, If you do your work more well then there will be an offer for you"

Viansh's grin widens and Said."Well, if you complete those 16 files not only on time but with the same exceptional quality as these first four..."

He pauses for effect.

"I might just have to promote you to a senior position Like my Personal Assistant" He said.

Viansh nods, enjoying the surprised look on Maahi's face.

"Yes, Personal Assistant. You'd be working directly under me, helping with my schedule, meetings, and various tasks. And, of course, a significant raise in salary would be part of the package." He Said.

Maahi's face lights up with excitement and happiness, her eyes sparkling. "Okay, Sir! I will give my best to complete the project and meet your expectations!" Viansh smiles, feeling a sense of pride and satisfaction at her response.

"Alright, Maahi,You should get started on those files. And remember, my offer stands if you complete them to the same high standard as these first four." Maahi nods eagerly, a smile still plastered on her face as she turns to leave Viansh's Cabin.

Once Maahi has left his Cabin, Viansh sits back down at his desk, a smile playing on his lips as he thinks about her reaction to his offer. He feels a renewed sense of energy and enthusiasm for his own work.

Viansh thinks to himself, "Maahi's dedication, her skill, her enthusiasm. she's unlike any employee I've had before. And she's intelligent too."

"Aayansh has finally left his job because of his some personal reasons. I need to replacement soon." Viansh thinks for a moment, his mind wandering back to Maahi. "Maybe I should consider promoting Maahi to be my Personal Assistant, But If she does her project well like I have said then because I want perfection in every work.

Viansh nods to himself, satisfied with his decision to leave Maahi's potential promotion as his Personal Assistant contingent on her completing the project to his satisfaction. "Yes, that's settled then. I'll keep an eye on her progress and make a final decision once she's finished."

Days turn into the last day of file submission, and Maahi works tirelessly on the project. Viansh checks in on her progress regularly, always finding her focused and determined. Finally, the day arrives when she finishes the remaining 16 files, exceeding his expectations once again. He calls her into his office to review the work.
