The Day I Met You

Chapter 1 "Just An Ordinary Day"

I woke up with messy hair, bad breath and some anxiety. I know that I should have done my homework from history but I know if I do it I will just get an F anyways. I got out of bed and headed straight for the bathroom but if course it's occupied by my younger brother Drew- he's 14, grade 9, taller than me and has a great haircut-He always gets into the bathroom before me so he can "freshen up" for the some called "ladies". So instead I head down stairs to make breakfast. Of course my mom isn't here, she works like all day, all night and 24/7. But I still love her because she works so we can live off of the money.-I have a younger brother Drew, my mom, no dad and me (Anna)- all of my family has blonde hair except me. I have long, brown hair with purple tips, I'm 16, in grade 11 and I'm short. I started making mine and Drews favourite breakfast, pancakes with chocolate chips in them. When I finish Drew is finally out of the bathroom. "Hey Anna!" Drew says with an extremely too happy for a day of school ahead. "Why are you so happy? Is there a dance I don't know about at school?" I ask Drew and he just shakes his head no. "Well than what are you so happy about?"I ask with no intention about him telling me the truth. He just shakes his head and says "hey, my life, my privacy." So he just takes his plate of pancakes and walks off to his room. After I'm done eating my pancakes I head up stairs for my shower. I shower than get dressed, do my make up which is just foundation, concealer, some gold eye shadow and a liquid liner wing, Once I'm done that I blow dry my hair and curl it to a beachy wave type hair style. I make mine and Drews lunches and call drew down to head to school. We walk to the car and start driving but of course before school I need Starbucks.
