Chapter 5: Confessions and Complications

[Scene: Rooftop of the College - Late Evening]

(Y/N is leaning against the railing, looking out over the city as the lights begin to twinkle in the dusk. She hears footsteps approaching and turns to see Jungkook, his hands in his pockets, his gaze intense as he walks toward her.)

[Jungkook]: (softly) You've been avoiding me.

[Y/N]: (sighs) I just... (pauses, choosing her words) needed some time to think.

[Jungkook]: (stepping closer) About?

[Y/N]: (looking down, hesitant) About... us. About whatever this is between us. (pauses) My brothers, Jungkook—they're right. I don't belong in your world. And if I get too close, I might put everyone I care about in danger.

[Jungkook]: (reaching out, gently lifting her chin so she meets his gaze) Do you think that I would ever let anything happen to you?

[Y/N]: (whispering) It's not just me. It's my family, too. If something happened to them because of me...

[Jungkook]: (sighs) Y/N... I can't change who I am. I won't lie about that. But I know what I feel for you, and it's real. (pauses, struggling to find the words) I don't know how to be... this way with anyone else.

(Y/N feels her heart pounding as she sees the vulnerability in his eyes, something he rarely shows. She takes a deep breath, reaching out to gently touch his face.)

[Y/N]: (whispering) I know you're trying, Jungkook. And maybe... (hesitates) maybe I want this, too. But... are you sure?

(For a moment, Jungkook doesn't say anything. He simply looks at her, taking in every detail, before leaning in slowly. Their faces are only inches apart, and Y/N feels her breath hitch.)

[Jungkook]: (whispering) More than I've ever been about anything.

(Their eyes meet for a brief, charged moment before Jungkook closes the gap, capturing her lips in a soft but intense kiss. Y/N's hands find their way to his shoulders, gripping onto him as the kiss deepens, and she feels herself melting into him. Jungkook's hand gently cradles her face, his thumb brushing her cheek as he pulls her closer, pouring everything he feels into the kiss.)

(They pull back slightly, both breathless, foreheads resting against each other.)

[Y/N]: (smiling softly) I didn't expect... this.

[Jungkook]: (smirking) Neither did I. But here we are.

(They share a soft laugh, but the moment is interrupted when they hear a voice behind them.)

[Taehyung]: (his voice filled with sarcasm) Well, well, look who's finally made a move. Didn't expect to find you two so... close.

[Y/N]: (eyes widening, stepping back from Jungkook, flustered) Taehyung! Jimin! Namjoon! What are you doing here?

[Namjoon]: (his tone serious) We came to talk. About this.

[Jungkook]: (stepping forward, his voice calm but firm) If you're here to make a scene, you can leave now.

(Namjoon, Jimin, and Taehyung exchange tense glances, clearly unhappy with the situation but trying to maintain control.)

[Jimin]: (crossing his arms, voice biting) You think this is just some innocent little thing, don't you, Jungkook? You think we'll just let you be with her without consequences? You're the leader of the Mafia. You're dangerous.
