Quetzalcoatl Arc is the third daughter of Liam and Alsie Arc. She is also the mother of Jaune Arc as she raises him while the rest of the Clan but she saw the potential in him and trained him.
Quetzalcoatl was walking in the forest until she saw her 10 year old nephew Jaune swing a wooded sword on a tree as she then frowned at his form and he has many openings in it.
