Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer, also known as the Milwaukee Cannibal. He was a cannibal wrapped around, like John, internal stigma over his sexuality. Jeffrey was a gay man, whether family enjoyed the fact or not. He had taken the lives of seventeen young men and boys, who at least ones' life could have been saved if not for the fault of the police. His victims included: Steven Hicks, Steven Tuomi, Jamie Doxtator, Richard Guerrero, Anthony Sears, Ricky Beeks, Eddie Smith, Ernest Miller, David Thomas, Curtis Straughter, Errol Lindsey, Anthony Hughes, Konerak Sinthasomphone, Matt Turner, Jeremiah Weinberger, Oliver Lacy, and Joseph Bradehoft. All of which were drugged, killed, cannibalized, and some were attempts at creating humanoid zombies for Jeffrey's own pleasure. Jeffrey had been sentenced to life, though was cut short when he was murdered by a cellmate; his last words were: "I don't care if I live or die. Go ahead and kill me."
