kinich being regressing lately due to bad memories and nightmares of his past. He really wanted to regress now, but not in front of Aether, the boy right in front of him.
"uhh kinich are you alright? you seem a bit off..."
Kinich snapped out of it and looked at aether. "y-yea im alright". kinich actually wasn't, he felt like he wanted to sit alone and cry.
"uhhh kinich-"?
kinich snapped out of it, looking at aether. "yea im ok how many times do I have to tell you"!
aether looked at kinich in a worried expression. "kinich..you are acting strange, you gotta tell me whats happining"
"I-I...um-"
Before kinich could continue his sentence he looked at aether and teared up, making grabby hands which seemed like he was regressed.
"uppies.."
Aether looked at kinich in a confused expression but suddenly knew he was regressed. "ohhh you want to be picked up". He picked up kinich and put him in his arms. kinich then sucked his thumb for comfort. "ah no thats yucky, take that out of your mouth". Aether carefully took his thumb from his mouth and gave him a dark green pacifier.
"there, that should be better"
kinich looked up at aether with innocent eyes and sucked on the pacifier but after a short moment tears started to well up in his eyes again. "oh no. whats the matter little one".
"Mmm scawy.."
aether took a moment trying to understand what he is saying "wait..your scared right now. why so"? kinich clinged into aether and whimpered. "n-nightmawes..dada...gone..". Aether realised what he men't and rubbed his back circles to comfort him. "there there, dada's here with you no need to cry". kinich nuzzled into aether and continued sniffling as his eyes began to flutter a bit.
''I think your getting sleepy little one, how about I get you changed and all the bad thoughts will go away when you sleep". He pouted since he didn't want to sleep but then he felt really sleepy. Aether giggled to his cuteness and picked him up and changed him into a green onesie. He picked up a diaper and began to put it on kinich. "hmp. no diapee" aether chuckled and taped it on him. "come on now don't get all pouty, you need it anyway". kinich huffed and looked away as aether picked him up. he nuzzled into his chest and drifited off to sleep. "heh, sweet dream my little on''.
