On the 22nd of December 2006, a child was born. There wasn't necessarily anything unique about the child, she was rather plain, very quite and observant for a newborn, but nothing really stood out. That was until the child showed a sign of abilities.
A day after the child was born, when the child's mother was ignoring her much to the newborn's displeasure. The child screamed, not any scream, a scream that shatteredeverywindow in the street.
Eccentric billionaire Reginald hagreeves, heard of this bizarre tale, and was quick to arrive on the small street. Realizing the child was much like a banshee you heard of in tales, he offered the child's mother a large sum of money for the child.
The mother never having wanted the child anyway, gave the eccentric billionaire the child for free. And so the tale of the childbegan.
Mavis Hagreeves was a banshee, not really but her superhumanly lungs, throat, and vocals gave the girl the nickname "banshee".
That was the story Mavis had been told since she could remember.
