Wei ying slowly opened his eyes. He held his head and sat . He felt a pull on his hand. He looked at his side and got shocked to see Lan Wangji lying beside him..His eyes closed. There was a red thread tied on wei ying and Wangji's wrist.

Wei ying said trying to wake Wangji up, "Lan Er gongzi ! Wake up...wake up".

Wangji moved his face and slowly opened his eyes. He sat beside Wei Ying while holding his head . He glanced at his hand when he felt a pull on it . He got shocked to see a red thread on his and Wei ying's wrist.

Wangji looked around. This place is strange. Wangji have never been here before.

Wei ying asked , "Lan er gongzi ! Do you know where we are? Have you been here before?"

Wangji replied , "No . Let's look around for a way out".

Wei ying nodded . They both got up from the ground . The thread was quite strong . It wasn't breaking . Wangji and Wei ying started walking away from there .

After walking for a distance they stopped as they saw a small village . The thing that shocked them more were those dwarfs that were roaming here and there .

Wei ying shockingly asked , "What the hell is this place?"

Wangji sternly said , "Language".

Wei ying ignored Wangji . The dwarfs when noticed Wei ying and wangji got shocked and happy both .

One of the dwarfs said loudly , "They are here . They are here. They even have a red thread on their wrists".

The other dwarfs started cheering. One of them ran to call their head Chief.

The dwarfs came near Wei ying and Wangji and bowed to them. Wei ying and Wangji glanced at eachother and then bowed to the dwarfs . Soon the head dwarf came there holding a stick.

The head dwarf stood near Wei ying and Wangji and said with a smile , "Finally ! We got to meet you. It's our pleasure that you visited us".

The head dwarf bowed in respect to Wangxian . Wangxian bowed back in response.

Wei ying asked out of curiosity , "Can I ask why are we here? And who are you? Why are you giving us such respect?"

The head dwarf said , "Cause you are the chosen one. You are the one who will get us out of trouble. You both are a pair made in heaven . You even have a red thread on your wrists".

Wangji asked , "Can you elaborate what you mean? I can't understand your words?"

Wei ying said , "Yes . I don't understand either".

The head dwarf said , "Actually ! We asked for help from God. We prayed to God days and night to send us a helper. Our prayers got answered and God sent you both for our help. Moon goddess told us that the one who will help us will have red thread on his wrist and since you both have thread on your wrists it means you both will help us . We will be grateful to you if you help us".

Wei ying asked furrowing his brows , "how can we help you out?"

The head dwarf said , "Actually we all dwarfs can control dark powers. Someone is using demonic cultivation to capture us and take our powers. If that person took our powers he'll become the most powerful and will rule the whole cultivation World. We don't want anything such to happen . We are hiding in this place. We don't want that person to know about our whereabouts. You both have to stop that person from using demonic cultivation. The cultivation World will collapse if that person succeeded in his plan. So we want you to help us".
