Gusu Lan Clan is decorated in red since tomorrow is Second Master Lan Wangji's wedding with Jin Mian Mian.

In the main hall the condition is quite tensed. Lan Yi , Lan Qiren , Lan Xichen and few elders are sitting. Their expressions doesn't seem happy . Lan Yi is angry.

Lan Qiren is holding the letter that they just got from Wangji. He is thinking something.

Lan Yi said breaking the silence , "I don't agree with this marriage at all. I won't accept it . Only Mian Mian will be my daughter in law. How can someone else take her place just like that? I'll surely break this marriage. This marriage isn't acceptable".

One of the elders said , "Madam Lan ! Don't think like that . There must be a valid reason for Lan Wangji to get married in such a short time. Get my advice and go to Yunmeng Jiang sect. Talk to Lan Wangji first . Know about his reason to get married . Solve the matter. Don't take rash action".

The other elders gave the same advice. Madam Lan gritted her teeth but said nothing to the elders.

Qiren said , "We'll go to Yunmeng Jiang sect. We will have to sort out the matter with Jins too. Xichen ! Send Sect leader Jin letter that the marriage cannot happen tomorrow due to some reasons. Tell them to postpone the wedding till two to three days . We'll talk to them about the matter soon".

Xichen nodded . Madam Lan clenched her fists .

Qiren said , "Lan Furan ! You should look after the sect . I and Xichen will leave for Yunmeng Jiang".

Madam Lan nodded and then left from there angrily. The elders left from there too.

Letter was sent to Lanling Jin sect . Sect leader Jin got the letter. He agreed with Qiren. He thought to go to Gusu after a Day or two and talk to Qiren.

Qiren and Xichen set out for Yunmeng with few Lan disciples. Lan Yi and Xia came to see them off .

Xia was happy that the marriage have stopped for now . She was glad her Gege married someone else. Mian Mian can go to hell for all she cares .

Wangji , Wei ying and Jiang Zhou reached Lotus Pier. Wei ying was so nervous. He was rubbing his palms. Wangji thought something and then held Wei ying's hand. He squeezed it . Wei ying glanced at Wangji who gave him a reassuring look. Wei ying smiled .

The three of them entered the main gate to lotus Pier. Wei ying gulped as he saw Fengmian , Madam Yu , Yanli , Zixuan and Jiang Cheng standing at the entrance. Maybe they were waiting for Wei ying .

Yanli hurridely came near Wei ying and started checking him here and three to see if he's hurt. Zixuan also stood near Wei ying and asked Wei ying 'is he alright?'

Fengmian and Yu came near Wangji. They were confused to see Wangji here . Wangji bowed to them . They bowed to Wangji too .

Fengmian asked , "Lan er gongzi !You paid a sudden visit . You are with a-Xian...can you tell me the reason you were with him?"

Wangji said politely , "Sect leader Jiang ! I have something important to tell you all. Can we go and talk inside? It's serious".

Madam Yu and fengmian got serious. They nodded . Then they all went inside . Yanli and Zixuan got serious too .
