Jennie POV

We just reached the hall to see it bustling with people. All mafia members and leaders. Nobody in this room was innocent except my sisters. They are too pure to be here.

I was talking with one of the leaders when my gaze moved towards Ace. A girl was sitting with him talking and laughing. I don't know why but I don't like it.

Am I jealous??

Nah! Why would I be? It's not like I care. But my gaze went towards them again to see her almost pushing her boobs on him. But he looked the least interested in it.

I pushed it out of my mind and went on with the ball.
After almost twenty minutes I looked around trying to find him just to see them going upstairs towards the private rooms. And my patience ended.

I left the hall and went straight back to the Kim's place.

As I reached my room I went to the bathroom and started the shower. The warm water relaxed my muscles and mind. After I was done I towel dried my hair and put on my robe and went out of the bathroom only to be pinned to the wall by Ace.

"Why didn't you tell me before leaving, sweetheart?? I was worried." His eyes filled with concern and relief.

"Why don't you go back to the party and enjoy with your acquaintance?" I said as I could feel my patience growing thin.

"Acquaintance?? I do-- ohh!! Are you jealous of her?" He said with a mischievous smirk on his face

"Noo!! Why would I be? I wanted to inform you but saw you enjoying with her so I thought that I shouldn't distrub you." I said and he just pulled me even closer by my waist and whispered near my ear.

"Admit it that you were jealous" and he put his lips on mine capturing my lips in a slow passionate kiss.

I don't know what got into me but my hands went to his hair on their own and my lips moved on their own.

As the kiss started to get aggressive he broke the kiss and whispered in my ear, "she was my cousin." I could feel my face burning and he just chuckled and added, "So, what do you think about what I said earlier?"

"I don't think so. Getting married isn't important to get them! " I replied almost instantly not wanting to get married at the moment.

"Well you ain't understanding. Right now you have no reason to kill him nor do I but if we get married that would mean he's crossing both of us. Making it easier." He said and it was true but I am not a marriage person "it doesn't have to be a actual one we can do a contract" he added and my eyes lit up

"You know what? Let's do this! I'll see you tomorrow morning." I said and once again pushed him out
