Jungkook's eyes were scanning the office room, where Namjoon was having a conversation with the staff members,

"Here's the list of the students of that batch "

After a moment, one clerk handed the file to Jungkook, with a nod Jungkook received  , and getting a assuring blink from Namjoon, he continued to go through the file ,

Namjoon was having a conversation with the homeroom teacher of that period.

Suddenly Jungkook's eyes squinted, finding something on the file , he instantly stride across Namjoon,

"Hyung  , see this "

Namjoon's eyes pursuing Jungkook's fingers widened with surprise, he collected the file and read the details.

"Do you think we'll be able to interrogate him ?"

Jungkook's question only made Namjoon purse his lips,

"Why you sent Ina with him, you barely know that guy ?"

Rose asked Jennie  ,tilting her head .
Jennie was preparing the meal, while slicing the vegetables, she exhale

"You might think I'm a bad friend don't you?? But actually...I want Ina to forget Jungkook, and it's not that I want her to get along with Taehyung this quick either, I want a guy for her ,who'll take care of her better, Jungkook has always made her cry , argued, left  in middle, I've seen her suffer , blaming herself that he's like this because she's immature, that's not true...I don't like Jungkook, he has hurted my Ina a lot , therefore I think if she hangs out with someone else...may be she'll get over him ,little by little  ...also your mom was saying Taehyung's a good guy...people here ,like him "

Rose was listening without interruption , now chirp

"That's true, Taehyung's do have a good reputation here, and I think he care about Ina too...or else who'd come after a one night stand...wish the girl find a little happiness "

Jennie nodded,

Ina wave Good bye , before heading inside the house, Taehyung's eyes lingered on her until she disappeared inside.

Ina plopped herself on couch releasing a exasperated sigh,Jennie and Rose sprinted towards her immediately, both asked excitedly,

"So ? How's he ?"

Ina smiled slightly, responding

"Not bad...I mean...doesn't appear carrying any bad intentions..."

Jennie dropped herself beside Ina, leaned close asking,

"So what you did ?? Whole day"

Ina chuckle,

"Nothing much, he first took me to amusement Park, and we tried some rides , "

Jennie's eyes squinted,

"Aren't you afraid of speed??"

Ina nod explaining,

Flashback

"I'm scared of speed ....let's try something else "

Ina asked fidgeting, Taehyung chuckle,

"Don't worry, I'm here...just keep your eyes on me"

Saying that, he buckle up the protection belt, as the rolarcoster ride begins, Ina's scream grew with the increasing speed, and Taehyung seemed to enjoy it, as his eyes softened drinking her innocence. He held her hands,

"Relax..."

Ina's focus shifted towards the grip, then followed his eyes  , eyes locked longer than expected, Taehyung smile ,

"Easy..ok.."

Ina nod, her eyes returned to the view before her, but mind lingering various thoughts.

Soon the ride ends, soon they move to other rides , Ina's fear soothing with passing time,as she discovered herself enjoying the ride.

"I'll try that..."

Ina point another ride, Taehyung gave a assuring nod heading there,

Throughout the day, they wander here and there , eating various foods and playing games,

Once done, Taehyung brought her towards a lake  , boating for few moments...he took her towards a fancy restaurant,

"You're pushing yourself too much..."

Ina fiddle at the table, Taehyung's eyes lifted from the menu card, with a soft smile he exclaimed,

"If the prize is you...I'd like to be pushed towards the edge too"

Ina's eyes widened, asked

"But why ? ...you barely know me"

Taehyung waved off the question, calling a waiter.

The drive was silent, only the soft hum of Ina's along with the pleasant song echoed, Taehyung's eyes were on the road, soon car half with a jerk.
Ina discovered herself before the house, she turn towards Taehyung,

"Though I was pushed by my friend Jennie,  but I must share my gratitude, I enjoyed a lot...thanks to you Taehyung, "

Taehyung smug, hands extended plucking few hair strands behind her ear, Ina flinch by the sudden touch. But then with a smile she get off,

"I'll pick you up tomorrow, ok..."

Ina nod,

End of Flashback

"It appears...he's whipped...you got it for real"

Rose encouraged, Ina waved off.

"I'd only consider it as a friendly hangout, I enjoyed a lot...just how I enjoys with my friend...I'll not take this further..."

"But you promised him ,you'll visit tomorrow "

Jennie questioned,

"Yes , that's to clear my point,  I didn't had any break up...I still love Jungkook...so I don't want to rise his hope and further "

Jennie roll her eyes,

"Still stuck with that Jungkook guy...come on Ina...why? You said Taehyung is good..then why?"

Ina bolt up,

"Because my heart wants Jungkook...it refused to take any other person...got it ?? Now give me my phone back...because of you I failed to check if Jungkook has sent any messages "

Jennie with annoyance, shoved the phone.  Ina went through her chats or call log,but only received despondency.
There's no call , no message. Her smile faltered as she stride across the room.
