I don't know how to say this without sugarcoating it, so I'm just going to be honest because I can't be quiet about this any longer as it just keeps getting worse day by fucking day.

As you all probably know, the 47th POTUS was elected just days ago by one of the most ignorant populations ever. Not only is this presidency going to make every U.S. citizen's life harder, but women and girls in the country will be under a massive threat and face fear daily for the next consexutive four years.

It's absolutely infuriating that people still have the nerve to call the U.S. the "greatest country in the world" or the "land of the free." This is the same damn country that just handed power to a man with a criminal record, a man who shamelessly bragged about sexual assault with his "grab them by the pussy" comment. And let's not forget: this is the man who took pride in helping rip away women's rights by overturning Roe v. Wade, celebrating as millions lost control over their own bodies. Meanwhile, in this so-called "free land," rats in New York have more rights than a woman.

For everyone claiming the United States is "highly educated," let's get this straight: about 54% of U.S. adults read below a sixth-grade level. They struggle with basic words like "consecutive," "hypothesis," and "intricate." Over 50 million Americans read below a fifth-grade level. And on top of that, a staggering 21% of Americans are completely illiterate. These are the people deciding on issues that impact millions—women's rights, gun control, reproductive freedoms, and so much more. While a few states like Massachusetts, California, and New York may be exceptions, this lack of basic literacy is a harsh reality across much of the country.

America just might be the only country that would willingly choose a backward, medieval-minded orange nightmare over an intelligent, qualified woman. It's infuriating beyond belief that so many men—and even some women, shockingly—will go to any lengths to block women from positions of power. Nearly 73 million Americans stand against Kamala Harris, while the rest of the educated world—men and women alike—stand with her. It's 2024, and yet America still rejects capable, educated female leaders. The fact that they'd rather cling to a man with archaic, damaging views than uplift a competent woman is an absolute disgrace.

It's absolutely infuriating that, after centuries of relentless struggle for basic human rights, women's lives are still a nightmare. Across the world, women are suffocated under constant judgment, dissected for every word, every look, every choice in clothing. It's a relentless, vicious cycle of scrutiny and control forced upon them by men who feel entitled to dictate every aspect of their lives. It's disgusting and enraging that no matter how hard women fight, society keeps dragging them back into this hell of oppression. Enough is enough.

The global situation for women right now is absolutely horrifying. In Sudan, women are committing mass suicides just to escape the inevitable nightmare of being raped by militants. Let that sink in. Mass suicides. Because the threat of what could happen to them is so horrifying that they'd rather die than endure it. In Afghanistan, women have been stripped of the most basic freedom to speak publicly—to the point that they can't even ask for medical help when their lives are at risk. Imagine standing there, suffering, unable to say a word while people walk past, knowing they can't or won't help. Just take a fucking second to think about that level of oppression. Women can't even speak.

And now, the U.S. is on the verge of banning abortion nationwide, stripping millions of American women of the last remnants of control over their own bodies. Women who have been raped, young girls forced into pregnancy, women who could die from carrying a fetus to term—all of them are at risk of being condemned by lawmakers who won't have to live with the consequences of their decisions. These are people who would rather force women into suffering than respect their basic human right to bodily autonomy.
