After the call,
"Who was it?" Lux asked, leaning forward on the desk.
"Yoko." Faye said while saving Yoko's number.
"Who is that? Never heard of her." lux asked, leaning back on the chair.
"She is new in the university, 1st year student, same department as us." Faye said, setting her phone on the desk and finally looking at Lux's direction.
Lux creased her eyebrows and asked, "Where did she get your number, who gave her?"
"I did." Faye said, grinning at Lux.
Lux stoop up abruptly and almost shouted, "What?! Since when did you start giving your number to people just like that?"
"Hey tone it down, people can heard you from outside. This office isn’t soundproofed" Faye said motioning with her hands for Lux to calm down.
Lux took her sit on the chair and said, "Sorry, I am just shocked."
"I understand, but don’t worry. You know I won’t give my number to just anyone, she is different" Faye said and Lux noticed how her eyes sparkled while talking about yoko.
She has known Faye for almost 5 years now and she has never seen her eyes lit up like that while talking about someone other than her parents... And her motorbike.
"Different huh?" Lux asked with a teasing smirk.
"Yes."
Lux abruptly leaned forward on the desk, still sitting on the chair. "Are you in love, Faye?" she asked.
Faye blushed a little while sipping her coffee. "I don’t know, maybe." she said but she didn’t sounded unsure.
Lux again stood up abruptly and started cheering loudly.
"LUX, I AM GOING PUNCH YOU IN THE FACE" Faye shouted while standing up and tried to launch her fist at Lux, who started running to the door while laughing.
"I AM GOING TO TELL EVERYONE" Lux shouted before stepping out of the office. Faye just shook her head at her antics, smiling.
Faye took her phone and coffee from the desk and made her way to the couch. Just as she sat down, there was a notification in her phone she took a glance at it and it is from their group chat.
