The "Good Morning" I sent you each day wasn't only to wish you a good day
It was my way of showing you that you're the first thing I think about when I wake up
And wishing you sweet dreams was like proof that I wanted to do the whole thing tomorrow again.
I wanted to love you again and again.
Repeatedly.
It was the little love that I was able to give you without seeing you in person.
I hope you know that.
I hope you know that it was easy to love you even though we didn't see each other all the time
And even though it didn't last long.
Giving you my love was everything I wanted to do and I was able to.
So I'm grateful for exactly that
Being allowed to love you the way I did even though you didn't need it.
And even though you decided against me.
