The Truthful lie

I have something to tell you if you are Obese
I'd advise you listen carefully.
When they tell you, you are beautiful
If you look into their eyes you'd see that's not what they think.
They do really think you are a disgusting pig
Don't believe them when they call you beautiful
They want to be addressed as an activist.

Monkey fine ee mama like am
That's not for the Obese people.
Your mother also thinks you are not pretty
She tells you to look at the mirror
And ask if you like what you see,
Your father thinks you didn't do a chore all because you are big and fat
All this they say with disgust
And with looks of disdain

The Keke man believes you should trek down your house because he thinks
It'd help you loose weight.
The young boys think you are disgusting,
For goodness sake you can't stand near them
You don't match their slender figure,
Don't expect their approach in public
This is not a movie.

You sometimes believe it's a lie
But when it's said countless times
Don't you think it's the truth?
You are defined by your weight
Not what is in your heart.
You'd call it a lie
But when you think deep
It's a truthful lie.

If I may ask for a request
I beg that you'd leave me alone.
For feeling uncomfortable in one's skin
Is a feeling no one should feel.
Think what you want to think
Say what you want to say
But please don't say it to me
Just do like the activist.

Although with a heavy heart and tears I write this
I want to tell the obese people
I have found comfort
Knowing the one who created the heavens and the earth doesn't neglect me.
