"Dazai, are you sure you want to do this Dispatch?"
A firm yet concerned voice spoke from behind a desk inside an enclosed room in a tall building that overviews the ground below, The ground of Yokohama Japan.
"Yes President, I am sure I can handle it."
Another voice spoke. It sounded so dead but so full of life at the same time.
It was coming from a tall brunette male wearing a Grey trench coat, quite a few bandages and Black slacks. He looked rather mysterious but acted childish most times. Not in front of his President though. He had a serious, almost deadpanned expression on his face.
"I assure you I am ready for this President, I have done way more dangerous Dispatches before-"
The brunette was interrupted by the gray haired man that was sitting in front of him.
"But that was before the incident, you don't know what would happen if you went on this Dispatch Dazai."
The voice of the gray haired male stayed firm, looking at the brunette that is also in the room with sharp eyes.
"President, I understand your concern but I will be fine. My Travelers watch is repaired now. It's been tested and no issues have occurred. I will be fine." The brunette protested, his mind already being set on going on this dispatch mission.
The gray haired man let out a sigh thinking it over for a moment, before replying looking back up at the Younger male. There was still a look of concern in his eyes.
"If you really think you can handle it.. Then I have no reason to stop you Dazai. If anything goes wrong at any point, come right back, you hear me?"
The tall brunette let out a quiet sigh of relief after the other spoke bowing politely thanking him.
"Thank you President, I shall get ready to leave then." The brunette stood up straight once again after getting the signal he was dismissed he had left to get ready for his Dispatch.

September 20th, 2042Dazai had gotten a full night's rest, well as much as a full night is to him. He was ready to leave at any time now. Dazai took a deep breath preparing himself for the warp. "I can do this.."
He closed his eyes, taking a deep breath as he was warped away from the current timeline.
September 20th, 1999Yokohama Japan.
The brunette opened his eyes again looking around, he was still inside Yokohama. Well that part was obvious because most of the buildings still existed. Dazai looked at his Travelers watch looking at the current time. 1999, he sighed looking around for a moment observing his surroundings. Now where were the files... That was the hard part of this Dispatch. Finding out where they were being held.
Dazai put on his straight face, starting to walk, looking for any possible way he could tell where it was being held. This would take awhile, he sighed looking forward a second too late because that's when he ran into someone. Stumbling slightly he looked forward only to hear cursing from below in front of him.
"What the hell..." The shorter man grumbled under his breath not making eye contact with the man that had run into him just moments prior. "What where you are going-" He glared up at him for a moment before stopping at the sight of the man offering his hand down to him.
"My apologies, I wasn't looking where I was going." The brunette's voice was soft and somewhat curious about the redhead on the ground. The ginger ignored his hand standing up by himself brushing off his clothes. "Watch where you are going next time Bastard." Dazai immediately noticed how short the Ginger was tilting his head slightly, taking his hand back. "My apologies." The brunette said again observing the shorter one in front of him. Clearing his throat he spoke again. "I am Dazai, You?" Dazai listened expectantly waiting for the man's name.
The shorter man glanced up at the Brunette grumbling quietly before responding. "Chuuya." He spoke, his voice sounded pissed off.
"My, My, what a beautiful name for someone like you." Dazai smiled mischievously, purposely trying to push the redhead's buttons.
"Piss off Bastard! I have places to be." He spoke with an angered tone throwing Dazai a glare crossing his arms.
"Come on~ don't be like that chu~ya~" The younger teased the Ginger
"Shut up! And don't say my name like that!" He growled, grabbing the taller's collar, forcing him down to his height, so he could look him in the eyes.
"Oh~ Feisty now are we~?" He teased again, very intrigued with this boy.
"Why don't you let me take you out for coffee or something in return for running into you hm? How does that sound Chuuya?" He smiled innocently trying not to look suspicious.
The ginger's face softened even the tiniest bit, he let go of the brunette's collar letting out a few grumbles before speaking.
"Fine, but you are paying asshole." He spat out, still glaring at the taller man in front of him.
"Alright, Alright, Let's go. I know a good place that should be nearby." He smiled again, taking the ginger's hand in his own. Earning a surprised look from the other, although he didn't take it back which Dazai totally expected him to.
Truthfully Dazai didn't know exactly where it was because he would need his phone to look it up, but since his phone isn't exactly from the current timeline he shouldn't pull it out in front of the man beside him. He had a vague idea where it should be though. He knows it will be there since it has been around since the 70's.
Eventually after a few minutes of silence the coffee shop came into view. He sighed in relief internally, because the awkward silence was slowly eating him from the inside. They both walked inside the cafe, it looked rather the same to Dazai. Just a few things had been moved around, it looked vintage. "Ah, yes my favorite coffee shop." Dazai spoke glancing at the other who had most likely forgotten he was holding his hand still.
"Chuuya?" Dazai asked, snapping him out of his thoughts. After a few seconds the ginger spoke Looking up at Dazai, half his face being covered by his hat. Despite that, somehow Dazai still thought that he seemed rather pretty. He wouldn't admit that though, he never would of course. He couldn't let his feelings get in the way of this Mission. "What do you want?-" He spoke, glancing up at the other one of his blue eyes being visible to Dazai 'causing his cheeks to heat up slightly making him avert his gaze, so the other didn't notice. "Uh- you were zoned out.. I wanted to ask what you wanted to order..." Dazai spoke, hiding his blushing face from the others gaze, although it still didn't escape the Shorter's sight. He ignored it for the moment thinking for a moment on what he wanted. "Just a Black coffee is fine." Chuuya looked away for a moment as well. Only then noticing their intertwined fingers, his eyes widening for a moment
Before letting go looking away as he too blushed mostly being embarrassed.
"Just go order the damn drinks." He grumbled loud enough for the other to hear. Not noticing the frown when he had let go of the other's hand.
"Alright, a black coffee for you then.. I will just get me a mocha then." Dazai nodded looking over to the cashier stand. "I will go order those then, would you mind picking a table for us?"
The ginger sighed internally knowing he needed to leave but nodded. "Fine." He spoke quietly keeping his arms crossed in an attempt to keep most of his identity a secret. "Just go order the damn coffee Idiot." The brunette rolled his eyes "Okay~ Okay~" He laughed quietly walking off to order the coffee.
