It began like any other night. Meissa fell asleep to the distant sounds of the camp: the rustling leaves, the hoot of an owl in the trees, the rhythmic crashing of waves on the nearby shore and of course the soft snores of her brother Ethan. But as soon as her mind drifted, the familiar sights of Camp Half-Blood melted away, replaced by a vast, shimmering darkness. In this dream, Meissa found herself standing on a crossroads, four paths stretching out in every direction, each vanishing into shadow and mist. At the center of the crossroads was a tall, cloaked figure with hair as dark as midnight, a faint glow of violet mist surrounding her. The woman's face was hidden in shadow, but her presence radiated power and wisdom. Meissa's heart pounded as she realized who this was: Hekate, goddess of magic and Ally's mother.
Hekate spoke, her voice like distant thunder, echoing all around. "Meissa," she said, her voice carrying a strange warmth and knowing. "You are at the brink of a new journey. You do not know me well, but I have known you since the beginning." Meissa stood still, gazing up at the goddess. She wanted to ask so many things, like who her parents were, why she wasn't claimed yet and why she was able to these strange things. For the past year she made things explode, catch fire, float or simply disappear. But Hekate's presence seemed to wrap around her like a gentle mist, calming her questions and bringing a sense of quiet.
"You have already started walking on one path," Hekate continued, gesturing to one of the shadowed trails behind her. "You have survived the dangers of monsters, learned to wield your weapons, and have grown so much already. But I have come to offer you a second path. A path of magic far beyond what you know, a world where mortals have learned to harness magic in their own way." Meissa looked confused, Ally had told and showed her loads of times the things he was able to do. "A... different kind of magic?" she asked, her voice trembling slightly with excitement and confusion as to why Ally didn't get this "Yes," Hekate replied with a nod. "In six months' time, you will be invited to a school where you will be taught the arts of witchcraft and wizardry. A place called Hogwarts."
The name echoed in Meissa's mind, sparking something deep and strange. The world of Camp Half-Blood had become her entire life, a world of Greek gods and monsters, where divine power flowed in her veins. Yet, even as Hekate spoke of this new place, Meissa felt a pull, a strange allure as if a part of her had been waiting for this moment all along. "Hogwarts is a school hidden from most mortals," Hekate continued, her eyes gleaming beneath her hood. "A sanctuary where those with mortal magic learn to wield spells, create potions, and discover secrets both wonderful and dangerous. It is a world that few demigods ever enter. Yet it is a world that you are meant to explore." Meissa looked confused, "But what about Alabaster, he has never spoken of this place. Why isn't he going there?" Hekate took a deep breath.

"Let me explain the basics of this world to you. Many years ago I blessed a handfull of humans with magic. They learned and their offspring was taught. At some point in time there were 4 rather powerful witches and wizards who started Hogwarts, a place where magic could be taught properly. But only those who have been blessed by this magic, either through their bloodline or directly from me are able to go. None of my children were gifted this magic. If they were they would have been to powerful, so Zeus had forbidden me from doing so. You however have the magic running through your veins, passed down for generations. Which is why you can attend. It is still up to you, you do not have to go. But I strongly advise you to do so." Hekate explained while Meissa listened attentively.
