Underneath the lush greenery, tucked away behind a raspberry bush a lifeless body lay. My eyes widen at the sight. Oh my god- is he dead?????

"H-hello?" Panic flooded my veins threatening to make me run. Slap, slap. I lightly started to hit the body's face. HIs skin was pale as if he never set foot in the sun, His hair was cut short with green leaves that sprinkled in with his ghostly white hair. His face was perfect, except for the dirt tha stuck to him, during- whatever battle he was in before. My eyes strayed from his weirdly handsome face, to the rest of his body.

He wore what looked to be traveling clothes with a few layers striped from him. His blouse was a cream colour, which was loose but outlined his lean fasiq carefully. After looking him over I came to the conclusion that he probably isn't very wealthy but not dirt poor- due to his outfit. My hands wandered around his neck to his face attempting to wipe off the dirt. "Ughh–" The male moved, visibly uncomfortable.

"Eck!" I immediately retracted my hands from his face. What the fuck do I do. I can't just leave him in the front of my home. Uuuuuggghhhhhh- Why me???? I don't want to take this random person into my home. I squatted on my feet and slipped my hands underneath his armpits.

After a while I was able to get him in my house, and on the sofa. Now I sat in the chair across from him debating what on earth to do now. My hands covered my eyes from the reality in front of me. I was sweaty from the labour of carrying an unconscious, 6'4 body on the ground for an hour. The door creaked open, as sunlight snuck in.

"SAM! I'M HOME!!" Maya called from the entry.

Shit. She has no idea about the random body in our living room.

"UHHH- M-MAYA! JUST- DON'T COME IN!" I yelled back at her as I sprung up from my set, frantically looking around for something to hide him in.

"Is everything ok?" Maya asked, her voice wary as she came closer to me.

"YES! Everything is fine!-" I responded by grabbing a blanket and covering him. I did nothing and I knew it, a body was very clearly under it.

"Who. The. Hell, is that?" Maya's voice came out chopped and stern.

I ended up explaining what had happened. She was surprised(?) to say the least. "Sigh- well we'll take care of him-" she signaled to the body, "-until he is better and then can leave." her voice was laced with venom and hatred.

"But, he doesn't look as though he is from here." I said, eyeing his face. When I saw him on the ground his skin and hair and even his nature was not one, from our realm. No one has pale skin, and even if they did not to his level.

"Fair point." Maya sighed, swinging her head back in frustration. I didn't want this random guy to be here. I didn't want any of this. I only want it to be Maya and I, my parents are assholes. No one has ever helped us, but now we have to help this homeless guy. It's not fair. "It's okay, Sam- we'll fix this - I'll fix this." Maya squeezed my leg with a look of sorrow painted on her face. "I'll go make dinner, ok?" She told me as she stood up from her seat, and vanished into the kitchen. I sat still, contemplating my life. The sun had vanished from the sky, leaving only candle light to light up the dark. I stared at the male who layed on my sofa. As handsome as he was, I didn't like him at all. I wanted him out of my house.

"Uuhhgg- where Am I?" The unconscious body was now awake and asking questions. His eyes found me looking on to me, making me freeze from his gaze that lay upon me, like a spell had been cast.

"Who are you?" his voice Sirius.
