Y/n was sitting alone in their room playing with their toys. They had all sorts of fun toys! The one toy they treasured the most was their jack in the box. It was fun to wind up the toy, and watch the clown pop out. Y/n wished they had a playmate to play with from time to time in their headspace. It got lonely playing by yourself all the time in little space. Soon they grew bored of playing, and got up from the floor to take a nap. They climbed up into their bed, resting their wee little head onto the pillow.

A few hours passed by, and y/n was awoken suddenly by a tapping on their shoulder. They lifted their head up, rubbing the crust outta their sleepy eyes. Once fully opening up their eyes to see who woke them, stood a seven foot tall clown. It wasn't the normal colorful clown you would see on tv or in movies. This clown was black and white, in a black and white costume, looking almost like the exact same clown inside a jack in the box just minus no color. Their hands were claws and stained black, with the rest of their skin pure white.  y/n thought that maybe this was just a dream. It wasn't a dream, as their eyes went to the empty jack in the box on the floor in shock.
The clown smiled, showing off their razor-like sharp teeth. In their claw, they held a bag of candy. It was no normal bag of candy. It was laced with a drug. The kinda drug that made anyone feel all drunk and woozy, knocking them unconscious and not remembering anything when they awoke.
"Hiya kiddo! Would you like some candy?" The clown spoke in a whimsical voice.

Y/n was just in pure shock at the sight. Staring at the clown from their bed, just inches away from touching the clown to test if this really wasn't a dream. They didn't feel any fear, just amazed at how this seven foot clown came to life. Finally realizing the clown spoke to them, y/n began to speak up.
"Hi. Um..I'm not supposed to take candy from strangers..."  "Are you..actually real?" Y/n said, and just rushed out the question afterwards.

The clown laughed a sinister laugh. The clown waved his claws around in the air, they did a cartwheel around the room. Even juggled the bag of candy in front of y/n, showing off how real they were. Y/n giggled in the background watching the funny tall clown joke around.

"Does this show you I am real enough? Oh!" the clown clasped their hands together, and did a lil twirl finishing it off by pointing at the jack in the box. "I came from there. I'm your imaginary friend, Laughing jack!" Lj spoke all cheery like, taking a bow. "What's your name?"

Y/n watched and listened to the clown, finding out their name to be Laughing jack. Hearing Lj say that they were their imaginary friend, let alone the word 'friend', brought them joy. They always wanted a friend. Maybe Lj would play with them and their toys! The small thought of maybe even being cared for came to their mind.

Y/n hopped off the bed and walked towards Lj. The clown towered over y/n, as they were just a small bean.
"My name is y/n." They said, filled with curiosity.
The clown crouched down so they were face to face with y/n. They lifted up their claw-like hand to place it upon y/n head, and ruffled their hair playfully.
"It's nice to meet ya kiddo! This means we aren't strangers anymore!" Lj said in a sweet tone.
Their voice came off deep and raspy but sweet and a little sinister all at the same time. It lured in y/n to know more about the clown.

Smiling up at the clown, y/n nodded in agreement, without a thought in that head of theirs. This sure indeed meant they were not' strangers anymore. They knew each others name! Y/n could easily be manipulated well. (clearly being shown here)

Lj was known to be manipulative but he also had a caring side to him. Deep deep down in his cold stone heart somewhere. The clown moved his hand away and asked if y/n wanted to do anything fun. This made y/n extremely happy they had a pal to play with for once! They pondered for a second on what to say to the clown. What could they possibly do for fun?
