Saki went down to the first floor and put her school bag near the front door. Turning around, she went to the kitchen... Or something like that? Because the hallway is on the first floor near the stairs and the front door. The living room is standard for such a house, with access to the terrace and backyard. There is a dining table between the kitchen side and the living room. At the table sits Mr. Aizura, the girl's father, who is reading a newspaper. And the mother who carries the girl's breakfast plate. They are both dressed in office clothes, the only difference being that the mother is wearing a pencil skirt, not trousers like the father. They are both office planktons. They have a happy marriage. Miss Aizura looked at Saki. Smiling at her she said

— Hey sweetheart! Come on or you'll be late!

Saki nodded her head and sat down at the table, silently and quickly began to eat rice with some sauce. Her dad looked up from the newspaper and laughed, he shook his head and said in a joking manner

— Oh, be careful! We don't want you to die because of your hurry to see your friend~

The girl coughed and looked at her dad, feeling heat rise to her cheeks. She looked away shyly, but continued eating, without saying anything in protest, because why? He was right, she really wanted to see Ayato. The woman chuckled, rolled her eyes and sat down at the table opposite her daughter, she said

— Taro, please. She just started her day. You always have to joke, bunny?

The man just laughed at the comment of her wife and again looked down at his news for this day. Then he cleared his throat and said

— Oh Mira, sorry, but Saki is too easy for it! I just can't help myself.

Saki looked at her dad again and furrowed her eyebrows. She just wants to go to school. There's nothing bad, right? Especially when your crush friend will be there too... She swallowed and said

— Dad! T-that's not very fair... And embarrassing.

Her dad just nodded his head and continued to drink his coffee and read the newspaper while mom just ate her breakfast too. Saki finished the first. Standing up from the table she grabbed the empty bowl and went to the kitchen. When she put the dish in the sink she came back to the dinner table and with the soft smile said

— Have a nice day!

— You too!

Said both of her parents in unison while she goes to the front door. She stopped at the threshold and put on her shoes. Taking her school bag she made sure she hadn't forgotten anything before opening the lock. Sighing she opened the door and walked out of the house. Closing the door behind her, she sighed. Well, this must definitely be a breakthrough!
