In the darkness of her room Rachel didn’t feel safe anymore. The creature moved about, circling her, it was hard to keep track of where it was moving. When it closed its eyes she could see nothing of the figure until it opened its eyes again. Then figure was in a different place in the room. Rachel backed herself into a corner. Feeling the hairs on her skin rise making goose bumps all over her, shear fright taking her.

“Do I make you nervous?” The female voice hissed from inside the figure as she prowled around the room closer to Rachel then before. The voice alone made a wave of shivers cascade down her back. The Figure passed before the window as the moonlight shown through bringing some light to the figure standing before Rachel. She was taller then herself wearing a short tattered dress that fit snugly and a mask the concealed her identity.

“Who are you?” Rachel’s voice squeaked out, small and frail. She tried to hide her shaking fear that began to wrap around her. The female in front of her frightened her terribly. What demon could overtake someone and make them look like this.

“I do not think I need to answer that question.” The figure hissed

“Then I do not need to answer your question.” Rachel’s short temper made quick work revealing itself, making her feel braver all of a sudden.

“I suggest you check your tone when speaking to me. Then maybe I’ll show you some mercy when I’m finished with you.” The creature stared directly at her while saying this and Rachel’s heart leapt into her throat when she saw the evil and mirth in her glowing yellow eyes. Rachel thought that shed try one more time to scare this thing that stood before her. She was scared yes but she wouldn’t give in just yet.

“My father will make quick work of you.” The creature advanced quickly on Rachel and stuck her across her face causing Rachel to fall to the ground. On the edge of conscience Rachel watched her lean down closely and whisper.

“Do not use your father as a threat against me. Your father is nothing.” Rachel felt herself drift into darkness.

Elizabeth sat on the window sile feeling pretty proud of her self. As soon as Rachel had seen her she could see the fear starting in her toes working its way up her body. Sharpening her dagger in the darkness she smiled to herself. This would be more fulfilling the she had originally thought.

Groans came from farther in the room where Elizabeth had tied Rachel to a chair in the middle of the room so she would not be able to escape. Bound with a gag, Rachel began to wake from unconsciousness. Turning Elizabeth watched as she woke in a startled state looking wildly around wondering where she was at. Searching the room Rachel’s eyes fell uponElizabethand the dagger she held. Terror jumped into her eyes. She mumbled something against the gag as a single tear slid down her cheek.

“I would save your voice, no one can hear you.” Elizabeth slid off the sile and walked over to the bound Rachel.

“Now if you promise not to scream, I will remove the gag… ok?” Rachel nodded mutely and Elizabeth cut the gag free.

“Please! If it is money you want I have it. What ever you want?! It is yours!” Rachel croaked in a half attempt to persuade me.

“I do not want your money.”Elizabeth confessed quietly as the rage burned inside her. How dare she try to bribe me? Did I ask for money? I don’t believe I did.Elizabeth strode over and sat on Rachel’s lap. A small whimper escaped Rachel as a fresh set of tears slid down her cheeks.
