Chapter Eleven: A Trip to the Zoo

Today is a sunny day in Domino. Noah sat by the window by Ryou as he fed Twilight. Bakura was at work, leaving Ryou to take care of the kids. Twilight was now eight months old, and already started walking. Noah watched his mother put his baby sister's sippy cup on the coffee table and sat her on the couch next to Noah. Noah loved his little sister but sometimes gotten jelous of the attention she have gotten since she was born. Noah watched Ryou go into the kitchen and followed him.

"Mommy can we go to the zoo?", Noah asked as Ryou set a juice box in front of him. Ryou wonder why he wanted to go to the zoo right now.

"Ok we'll go, but first you have to go clean your room first. Ok, baby boy." , Ryou said putting Noah's hair in a ponytail. After Ryou was done with his hair he went to clean up his room.

Ryou watch as Noah picked up his toys and put them in his toy box. Noah put his shoes back in his closet along with his clothes. Ryou vacuumed his room when he was done cleaning up his room.

Ryou returned to the living room and got everything ready so they can go to the zoo. Twilight looked up at her mother as he put her in her stroller and they walked to the zoo since it was close by their home. Noah skipped all the way there and Twilight was just sitting back and enjoying the ride in her stroller as a breeze came by her face. Ryou was enjoying the breeze that made his hair move to side. It was a autum breeze and Twilight's birthday was in October. Noah watched as Ryou took a break and sat down on a nearby bench. Noah sat next to Ryou and put his head on shoulder.

After the break they started to walking again. When the got there Ryou payed the entrance fee and got some tickets to ride the train. Ryou gave Noah his hat to protect him from the sun, even though it was cold but not too cold outside.

Noah saw monkeys, penguins, eagals, hawks, insects, a polar bear, grizzly brears, e.c.t. When they were about to leave they went to the gift shop and got some stuffed animals. When they got home Ryou put Twilight's stroller away and they left to go to the grocery store to get things for dinner.

At home

Ryou sat Twilight in her highchair and started to make dinner so it can be ready in time for when Bakura got home from work. Twilight was coloring in her coloring book. Ryou set a bowl of cherios in front of her. Ryou stired the macaroni and then added the cheese sauce to it and then started to fry the chicken.

By this time Bakura made it home and saw Noah playing his duel monsters action figures. Noah saw Bakura and hugged him and returned to his action figures. Bakura walked into to kitchen and saw Ryou finishing up cooking dinner. Bakura gave Ryou a kiss. Twilight reached for him and gave him a kiss on his cheek.

"Has she said anything yet?", Bakura asked eating dinner.

"Not yet. It might take a while for her to talk.", Ryou said sadly. Twilight ate her macaroni and cheese and taped Ryou's shoulder for more. Ryou gave her more macaroni and cheese. Bakura smiled as he saw his little girl cheesey smile. Noah ate his chicken and macaroni and asked for more. Twilight wanted to say something to her mommy so he'll know what she wants she opened her mouth but nothing came out.

After dinner Ryou and Bakura put the kids in the bath and washed them up. Twilight usally slept with her parents. It seems like good time to finally talk to Mommy and Daddy. Twilight thought. Ryou set Twilight in her crib and Twilight started crying. Ryou picked her up and set her in his and Bakura's bed in her room and this was the same process every night.

"Mommy.", Twilight quiet voice came to Ryou ears. Ryou turned around when he heard Twilight call for him. Ryou got excited and looked at his baby girl. Ryou picked her up and ran to Noah's room where Bakura was. Twilight reached for Bakura and he tooked her from Ryou.

"Twilight said her first words Bakura!", Ryou yelled jumping up and down.

"She did. What did she say.", Bakura asked excited.

"Say it again baby girl.", Ryou said more calmly.

"Mommy ", Twilight said quietly reaching for Ryou. Bakura looked at her smiling. Noah came to the end of his bed and wondered what was going on.

"Mommy what's going on in hewe?", Noah asked. Ryou picked him up.

"Twilight said her first words.", Ryou said. Twilight looked at her big brother and was trying to say his name.

"Noah.", Twilight said quietly reaching for Noah. Noah gotten excited when she said his name.

"Da-ddy.", Twilight said quietly reaching for Bakura.

Ryou yawned along with Noah. Noah said good night to his parents and gave them kisses along with Twilight. Ryou and Bakura put Twilight in her crib in her room and went to bed.
