1st training session began

Next morning at u.a. high school with gohan & itsuka inside gym Gemma in their gym clothes and blue ki clothes while being watched by thirteen, cementross, hound dog, and yu-kodai who three cases of energy drinks for them at left side of gym.

They began to run at the track by seventeen laps, after fives laps, he changed the course, "we start running backwards now." Turning and running backwards with itsuka give out small whine

Yu: "don't be complaining itsuka."

Thirteen: "that kid something else. He do 100,000 one arm push-ups with each arm everyday in few weeks ago."

Hound dog: "really, not bad."

The duo passed six more laps before gohan changed the course, "back to running forward!" His student groan as she heard this, in a brief moment itsuka collapsed at seventeen and coincidentally, gohan fell aside itsuka."

Gohan: "alright take five."

Itsuka: "great."

Gohan: "alright, now we're going to do push ups, sit ups, and drink  plenty of energy drink."

Itsuka: "sounds good."

They started doing push ups while being watched by all might, yuzu haya, and best jeanist show up at gym Gemma to join the others. And they started slow down around 40 mark. Itsuka fall flat on her face at 40 and gohan at 55.

Gohan: "you are doing a lot better than I initally thought."

Itsuka: "yeah, little bit hard."

Gohan: "just you wait until I get Weighted clothing for you like 100 pounds."

Itsuka: "okay."

Yuzu: "did he say 100 pound weighted clothes.

Cemntross: "yup."

She dashed forward and threw many incredible attacks and coordination is little bit good with everyone watching it by surprise to see gohan was dodging effortlessly, as she kept heavy attacks.

Gohan: "okay, stop!"

Itsuka were panting and gohan said to her in surprise, "okay your coordinator us little bit good. Second, your attacks really good with a lot of force and that good enough for today." Itsuka replied, "good."
