Enter: Maka Namiko!

The final exam for all young shinobi to become Genin had just come to a close, and now it was time to set the students into teams. Various young Okagakure shinobi sat in waiting discussing among themselves who would end on whose team. As the sensei was reading off names getting mixed reactions from the students Maka sat in silence looking out the window closing her eyes for a moment pretending she was outside embracing the flowing wind.

"Team 14, Serika Kido, Kazeo Rishito, and Maka Namiko."

Upon Maka hearing her name her eyes shoot open and she turns to face the sensei almost as if to say she was in fact present. She almost stood up but stopped herself as the teacher continued to list off names for teams. This time Maka paid attention to the other teams.

"Team 15, Miyu Yukimura, Haise Kakono, and Seijuro Tosaka."

After team 15 was announced the sensei looked upon her students one last time and smiled. Letting them know that their own Jonin sensei's will be there soon to introduce themselves and get to know them in return. She finished it off by congratulating everyone for becoming Genin and then left the room.

The students all found their teammates and started talking amongst themselves to see whose Jonin mentor would be cooler. Slowly, hour by hour the students and their mentors came to pick them up. Leaving team 14 and team 15 in the room. Haise, Miyu, and Serika made small talk while Kazeo butted into their conversation from time to time. Seijuro and Maka sat in silence patiently waiting for their senseis. As the minutes ticked by team fifteen's sensei made an appearance.

"Miyu Yukimura, Haise Kakono, and Seijuro Tosaka?"

A  gruff voice broke into the room breaking what little silence there was, all at once each of the three young Genin stood up and made their way to their new sensei who simply instructed them to follow along. Now all that was left in the room was Maka, Serika, and Kazeo. As the three patiently waited for their sensei the door was flung open causing each of them to look in the direction of the door once again. In strode Kei Namiko, Maka's own mom.

Kei turned her head in the direction of her new students smiled nodded her head and pointed at a desk for all three of them to sit at. Maka complied first moving to the new desk which felt relatively cold underneath her. Serika followed sitting to Maka's left. Kazeo eager and quite excited to be on a team with Maka quickly ran over and slid to be on her right smiling at her all the while.

Kei clapped her hands letting out a quick 'alright!' Before sitting down on the teachers desk pointing at herself.

"Let's start with names, my name is Kei Namiko."

"Serika Kido, top of the class."

"Kazeo Rishito, I don't think being top of the class is an achievement."

Serika whips her head to look over Maka at Kazeo with a glare on her face. Maka let out a sigh standing up as she spoke.

"Maka Namiko, daughter of the Arashikage and future Arashikage."

Maka's tone during her announcement lacked any sort of cheer in regard to becoming Arashikage. Had she been five she would have said it with more cheer and gusto than she had at that moment. As Maka sat back down Kei gave her a weak smile before continuing on with introductions.

"Let's move on to likes and dislikes, I'll go first I like my zen garden in my backyard and I dislike using your comrades as punching posts."
