Her hand grasped her neck, as she closed her eyes and allowed herself to bathe in the warm morning sun. The Cherry blossoms were in full bloom their flowers slowly falling as the soft wind drifted through the branches. She was nervous leading up to this day but now that it had come, she felt nothing but peace at the thought of finally being one with her love.

"You're not planning an escape over the estate wall are you?" His voice carried through the courtyard, still deep from his slumber. Sachiko slowly opened her eyes and turned to Satoru as he approached her, messing up his bed hair with his hand. Both were in their sleepwear with messy hair, both decided to start the day with an early morning wander in the sun.

"Hmmm, that thought came and went when I realised walking out the front door is much easier," Sachiko replied as she held out her hand to Satoru, he took it and put his arm around her shoulders. She leaned into him as they stood still in the sun for a moment just relishing each other. "Are you ready for today?"

"How could I not be, I've known the date for so long. You know they don't make calendars over ten years in advance," He said amused, Sachiko rolled her eyes and tilted her head so she could look at his face. He allowed her to spin into him as she wrapped her arms around his waist and leant out. He smiled down at her before cupping her face between his hands, "I will finally get marrying you out of the way, it frees up my calenders more."

She just hummed in amusement as he pulled her face up forcing her on her tiptoes to meet his, their lips melting into each other. Her eyes flickered open as she sunk to the flats of her feet, "We can finally be left alone for a while, though I wonder if my Grandmother will dare show her face."

"Likely, I'll even bet three home-cooked meals on it." Sachiko smiled and agreed to the challenge. The pair soon moved back into the house to get something to eat before Sachiko was whisked away to begin her wedding preparations.

As noon grew closer, Sachiko turned as she stared at herself in the mirror. She stood in a pure white kimono, her hair up and pinned back with a red and green hair clip. It was a mixture of modern and traditional, a compromise with the elders of the Gojo family. Yui stood beside her with Satoru's mother, both of them shone with pride and love towards the young woman. "You both did beautifully, I can't thank you both enough."

"You never have to thank us, Sachiko, we thank you for falling in love with Satoru and bringing him such happiness." His mother said as she gently smoothed out the fabric of Sachiko's shoulders. The young woman smiled shyly as she eyed herself once again. She didn't look like the thin teenager who was eager to start at Jujutsu High, attempting to prove and recreate herself. She had grown a bit taller, broader and more muscle tone in the last year as she performed job after job until she finally graduated alongside Nanami only a couple of months ago.

Yui stepped forward standing next to Sachiko as she looked at her adopted daughter in the mirror, "My little Sachiko, not so little anymore are you." She laughed as she pointed out the inches that Sachiko now stood above her. They both turned to each other and Yui pulled out a necklace. It had a silver cross on it, Sachiko looked up at her as the older woman enclosed it in her fist. "I know you aren't Christian, but you are my only living child and I want you to wear this so that I am always with you."

"Yui, I will treasure this always. Thank you," Sachiko said bringing her into a tight hug, they held each other for a moment before a knock on the door sounded. The three women turned to it, and Satoru's father poked his head in. He looked at the young woman with an affectionate smile before informing them that everyone had arrived.

Many were invited to the wedding, all major clans sent representatives and smaller clans who had been closely associated with the Gojo clan. The Chiyo family was reluctantly on the invitation list it was for formalities, everyone had been praying that they wouldn't show up.

Sachiko wandered through the house until she was at the steps to the back garden. They were having it on the family estate, as they held enough area to host everyone and it was easier to keep safe. The bride was overjoyed when they announced the venue, she spent time looking after the gardens to get it just the way she liked it. It would be her personal touch to their wedding.

Yui grabbed her arm gently as she passed her, "Are you okay to do this? I have to ask." She questioned, she knew the answer but she felt like she had a responsibility to offer Sachiko the chance to express her true feelings.
"I've never been more ready than on this day, please go join the rest. You shall see me in a moment." The young woman answered with a bright smile, Yui nodded her own smile coming to her face before walking down the aisle.

"Sachiko," The voice whispered, she turned to find her husband approaching her. His eyes wandered over her, "You are beautiful."
A blush came to her face as she turned away from him with a shy smile. He took her hand gently and brought it to his hands daring not to mess up the makeup on her face.

"Let's get married."

The music died down as Satoru stood up from his place seated next to his now wife. He held a small drink of Sake as he looked across the crowd, "Now that only our family and friends are with us, I wish to thank everyone for attending and celebrating with us. As many as you know, we were brought together very young with our families' intention for us to get married, I don't think either of them anticipated how bonded we truly became over those trying years."

He turned to me as did everyone's eyes, "Sachiko, thank you. Thank you for choosing to love me, as I did you despite our differences, our histories and our unknown future. Fate guided us together and we made this happen ourselves, I couldn't have asked for a better equal."
Sachiko's eyes glistened as took his hand and gently squeezed it. He forced her to stand up took her cup, and turned to the crowd "To us,"

Everyone repeated it back as she interlocked their arms and drank from their cups. They shared a quick kiss before sitting back down, as dinner finished up and dessert was being served she took a moment to head over to the blond man sitting stiffly next to their other friends.

"Kento Nanami, can you please relax? I know the chairs are comfortable and the drinks are free so go ahead." She said plopping herself next to him, he looked at her and relaxed. It seemed the crowd of the Gojo family was a bit too much for the introvert.

"You look happy," He said a small smile coming to his face, she laughed and nodded as she took his hands. It had been "I'm glad, you both surprisingly complimented each other, but Sachiko I want to tell you something."

Her smile dropped slightly as she looked at her best friend and former classmate, "You better not tell me you're dying..."

"No, but I got a job as a salaryman."

"Oh, Nanami, that's so good!" She said with a bright smile, he questioned whether she knew what it was and she shook her head. He went to explain but she shut him up, "Nanami, I'm proud of you and I'm happy for you. If this is what you want today then I support you all the way, I love you and you are my closest friend. We will still see each other, I promise."

He stared at her for a moment before she took him into a tight hug. His arms wrapped around hers softly before she pulled away, "Now, Kento, you, my friend, owe me a dance!"
