[Abilities of Note: Cryomancy/Acute Ice manipulation] Note Scrawled below Abilities segment: this kid's Ability to manipulate ice is nothing to scoff at, even in high temperatures where it was believed for him to have difficulty manifesting and controlling his ability he fought off and evaded several agents sent to apprehend him after he single handedly dispatched 3 different devils that had come to rest in the abandoned buildings of Shitamachi.

Note at the bottom of the page: and this is all we got, one more thing I think you should know is that the environment in the immediate area of his presence is substantially colder than what it should be, as if his body itself is producing the temperature that causing this phenomenon.
