Sakura Haruka, born with different colored hair and eyes were looked down upon by his birth parents and the people surrounding him that he felt that he could not trust anyone else and he decided that it was better if he stayed away from communicating with other people to save himself from the pain it gives because of what he had to endure from the words that come out of their mouth.

Sakura felt weak and depressed as he experienced this painful life preferring to just die but the world hates him and something always gets in the way of his plans to end his life either in the form of his birth parents, or foster parents even though they show clear distaste towards his appearance. But that unexpectedly changed when he was in 7th Grade where there was a new student in the form of a young girl with beautiful long brown hair and glittering teal eyes.

"Good Morning everyone! My name is Minamoto Shane! I hope we can all be friends!"

The day of her arrival the class was in chaos as they surrounded her desk and asked questions about her Sakura's bad luck was she was seated next to him which meant that their classmates would tell her to stay away from him as they told her that he was a monster and someone kind-hearted like her should stay away from him.

Sakura knows it's for the better knowing that if she tries to befriend him they will target her too. An innocent girl with no bad intentions just because she wants to befriend someone who is an outcast based on his appearance. As he watches his classmates take her far away from him as others stay behind looking at him with grins as they plan on giving him a lecture to not approach their new classmate.

Sakura himself never planned on approaching her anyway, He knows it will end up bad for the both of them and he wanted nothing to do with her. But to his surprise a few days later as he was in the playground near his home just playing in the swing he saw her familiar figure walking towards him.

"Hey!" She calls as she approached him and Sakura just ignored her making her pout.

"Please don't ignore me! I was planning on talking to you in school but they kept me far away from you" The girl said to which made Sakura pause and look at her and as soon as he did a smile appeared on her face.

"You finally looked at me! I am so happy!" The girl exclaimed as Sakura scoffed looking away blushing embarrassed.

"What do you want?" Sakura asked as the girl paused.

"Your name is Sakura Haruka-kun right?" The girl asked as Sakura slowly nodded.

"Can I ask why our classmates and even teachers call you a monster?" She asked innocently not knowing that she was entering a very sensitive topic.

"W-Why do you even care? Plus why are you even asking?" Sakura retorted making the little girl blink as she puts her hands on her hips.

"Because you are a classmate and the person I sat next to. Of course I need to know you. But people keep hindering our fated first conversation, saying you're a monster, and I don't believe them when you are just trying to keep to yourself." The girl replied, making Sakura shocked. He looked down, remaining calm even though he felt warm knowing that there was a person who didn't believe what other people said.

"Why don't you just believe what they say?" he asked curious as to why she didn't believe them.

"Because I don't believe something without evidence and based on some research that I have done you have done nothing that can warrant you to be called a monster!" She replied confidently making Sakura chuckle.

"Well, my appearance says otherwise. I have a scarce case of dual-colored hair and then heterochromia and they find it very weird and decided to look down on me" Sakura replied just giving the girl a quick answer and he was shocked at her reaction as she tilted her head and asked him a question that he would normally hear n just a dream.
