After years of treatments, countless surgeries, and what seemed like an eternity of struggle, Johny was finally declared cancer-free at the age of 15. The doctors called it a miracle, and his family wept with joy. But the victory, though sweet, was bittersweet. Johny had missed out on what should have been the best years of his life,  the carefree days of childhood. He had watched his friends grow up while he remained frozen in time, shackled by illness.

But Johny was not one to give up. Once his health returned, he threw himself into his studies with a determination that surprised even his teachers. His body was weaker than before, but his mind had sharpened. The years of reading books in hospital rooms had honed his intelligence, and soon he was excelling in school, driven by the desire to make up for lost time. His focus was unwavering, and by the time he was 19, Johny had earned two diplomas — one in information technology and another in Personal Training.

However, the Lebanon that Johny had grown up in was no longer the same country. The economic crisis that had always lurked in the background had now swallowed the nation whole, and opportunities were drying up by the minute. While Johny had beaten cancer, he now faced a different kind of fight, the struggle to build a future in a country that seemed determined to collapse under the weight of its own corruption.

Now, as he stepped out of the hospital and into the vibrant streets of his city, Johny felt a renewed sense of purpose. The sun shone brightly, illuminating the path ahead, and for the first time in years, he could breathe freely. The city was alive with the sounds of life, laughter, and hope, and Johny knew he was ready to embrace the future to not just survive, but to truly live. As he walked through the familiar streets of Beirut, he was determined to make the most of his second chance, carrying with him the lessons learned during his battle and the unbreakable spirit of Beirut that had always been a part of him.
