"Ok lace let's pick some flowers for mama" "RED" "the roses? They look nice" I said as I picked them up. "Right let's get home yeah?" "Otay" I put her in the car and we soon got home.
I took her inside before grabbing the bags.
"Do you need help" "nah babe I'm good, relax" "okay" she said with a smile before picking Lacey up and sat on the couch, hugging her. I brung everything in. "What's that behind your back" "these my love, are for you" I said before passing her the flowers. "Aww you really did get me flowers" "of course" I said before kissing her and putting all the stuff away.
I went to sit beside her when I noticed Lacey sleeping in her arms and Mia crying. "Baby what's wrong?" "I just realised that I only have a few more years until I can't hold my baby anymore" "oh darling.. it'll be ok, we still have time" "time that keeps flying by- can we have another one" "babe..you know that's a hard thing, with my touring and you having to do it all on your own.." "I know, you're right, I just don't want her to grow up" "I know, me either" I said before pulling her into a hug. She laid her head on my lap, Lacey laying on her chest as Mia fell asleep.
What more could I want in this world, I have both of MY girls in one place and one time, all that's missing is the wedding ring on my soulmates finger. Just two more weeks.
1 week later.
"One week. One week and your mine forever" "no matter how long, I'm still yours forever Andy, I wouldn't want anyone else" "yeah, but your stuck with me" "shush, your a dream" "and your sexy" I said before kissing her deeply her deeply and pulling away, sitting up on the counter.
"Sexy" "wha- LACEY" "mama?" "you don't say that word, Andrew!" "What?!" I said with a laugh, and a massive smirk on my face. "This is your fault!" She said before hitting my arm. "Lace, don't say those words" "but dada do" "daddy's a naughty boy Lacey" she told her. "Sowwy mama" "that's ok princess" she ran off to her toys and Mia turned to me. "You need to stop with that, around her" "I can't help it" "yes you can" "ok fine, I'll stop" "thank you" she said before standing between my legs and hugging me, her face in my chest.
"You ok babe?" "Yeah I'm fine, just nervous for next week" "why are you nervous? I'm gonna marry you, you're gonna marry me, end of, happily ever after" I said with a little laugh, knowing that despite our age, we both still love Disney movies.
"I know but what if something goes wrong" "we improvise. Mia we are getting married next week, nothing can stop that. Calm down" "ok. Ok" "I love you mia" "I love you too"
She had finally calmed down and was tidying up while I sat on the couch with Lacey. "Princess" "yeh!" "When mama and daddy get married, your gonna stay with uncle Jinxx" "JINJIN" "yeah, will you be a good girl for him" "YEA!" "Good"
"MAMA I STAY WIV JINJIN" "yes baby, but you have to come back or mama will cry" "mama no cy" "I'm kidding, well, I will but your coming back" "stop stressing Mia." "I'm not.. well..." "if I have to pin you down at that alter I will" "see that sounds like fun, but not for everyone else" she said with a flirty tone. "Plenty of time for that after" "I knowwwww, I just REALLY like you in a suit" "and I like you in anything so there's some brownie points" "shush you dork"
"DADA MOVIE" "can dada pick?" "Yeah!" "BATMANNNN!! CMON BABE, YOUR WATCHING TOO" "fineee" I sat on the couch, Lacey laying in my lap as she watched and Mia laying on the floor, on her stomach.
"Nice view babe" "I thought so, watch the movie that YOU picked" she said before sitting on the other side of me, her leg tangling with mine and her fingers lacing through mines "ugh" as we watched, she perked up, looking at me.
"I know that voice anywhere. Partyman? Prince?" "YEAH!!" "I love him so much" "I know you do" I said while running my finger along the tattoo she has of his lyrics.
The movie finished and Mia was about to put Lacey to bed. "Say night batdaddy" "niight night" she said. "Night night princesss"
After she got her to sleep, she came down and we watched tv together in a comfortable silence until we decided to go up to bed.
"Goodnight Mia" "Goodnight Andy, I can't wait to be your wife" "I can't wait to be your husband pretty girl"
