Dear Steph,
Today I was taken into a room
That barely fit my shoes
I sealed my mouth shut within the past days
They have hurt me mentally and physically too
But that didn't matter when you were hurting too
Those words I spoke to you that night
Were worse than what's been taming me within the light
If I were to meet you again
I'd make you repeat those words to me even if they killed me and left me hollow and split in two
It wasn't fair how I got to say those words
And you didn't get to speak for even a second or two.
Because in reality I regret them with eternity.
