Rajveer, Suhani, Kritika, Twinkle, and Bebe all stood in the grand lounge of their luxurious home. Rajveer's voice echoed through the vast mansion, a mix of frustration and anger.

“How could you be so careless, Twinkle!” he thundered, pacing back and forth. “If this incident makes it to the public, our reputation—my reputation—will take a hit! We’re already dealing with enough issues. I can’t afford another scandal!”

Twinkle stood silently, her hands clenched by her sides as her father berated her, the weight of his disappointment heavy on her shoulders. “You are the heir to the Taneja empire,” he continued, his voice rising with each word. “How could you be so reckless, knowing how fragile our standing is right now?”

Kritika and Suhani stood to the side, subtly exchanging amused glances, clearly enjoying the scene unfolding before them. Suhani’s eyes flicked to Twinkle, a slight smirk tugging at her lips. This was a moment she relished—Twinkle being scolded, her perfect image cracking.

Bebe, standing nearby, tried to intervene. “Rajveer, calm down. She didn’t mean—”

But Rajveer quickly cut her off. “No, Bebe. This isn’t something to be taken lightly! She has to learn to understand the consequences of her actions.”

Twinkle’s heart sank further with each word. She knew her father was right in his own way, but his harsh words stung, leaving her feeling like a little girl being scolded rather than the capable woman she was trying to be. The incident, however small it may have seemed, had already set off a storm in the Taneja household, and there was no way of telling where it would lead next.
