It is Monday, the worst got damn day of any week. School starts which I hate so damn much, boring, tedious and useless, but thankfully I am in my last year of high school which means soon I will graduate. Everyday is basically the same, same route, same old people. I walk to school, blasting away music in my earphones, going down the same route for 4 years it does get stale. Finally I arrive at the school grounds, there are already students here, each divided into their friends groups. I see mine, two geeks, Tobias and Kirk, a goblin, all three of us are mega virgins and we know it, but they are just sad, I mean, Tobias is obsessed over MILFs and Krik is just a massive Otaku, frankly, also obsessed to the point of it being creepy, but they are good people.
Tobias: Sup, Quinn, how was your weekend?
Me: Boring as hell, I mean, I had nothing to do. Yours?
Tobias: Oh it was good, me and Krik went to the arcade where guess who we saw.
Me: Who?
Krik: Lensa dude.
Me: Seriously?
Krik: Yep.
Lensa is the queen of this school all the boys flock to her, I mean, she is pretty but he character is rather arrogant and spoiled. She has alright grades, the main selling point for her is the looks which is typical for an elf. Her sister I have heard is able to use magic and has been accepted to the local prestigious magic school which tells me she is really talented. But Lensa is definitely not the type of girl to hang around a arcade.
Me: What was she doing there?
Krik: We got no idea, I didn't see her boyfriend anywhere.
Me: Odd, who knows, she might actually like games.
Tobias: You think so? I doubt it, I mean, she doesn't appear to be the type to play games. She is the type to post a beach photo on the socials and thrash the geeks.
The bell rings at that moment and we head inside, sadly, or gladly, I don't know, we don't have the same classes so we separate, each heading to their respected classroom. I, with deep sorrow, must go the chemistry, where the super boring and annoying Ms. Valro teaches. Her damn voice sounds like a puppy that has been run over, she is short tempered and thinks that chemistry is the most important thing in this whole world. As we enter I notice that the tables had been setup into four islands, which means group project. Each one of us takes a paper from a pile with a number that corresponds with the number on each island. I got the number 4 so I take a seat at the number 4 table, seeing who I will be working with. My heart sinks as I see Lensa sit at the same table, she looks as happy as I am, we are joined by a fatso and a frankly, normal looking dwarven girl, apart from being short, she looks pretty normal. As we work together, doing one of Valros stupid experiments, Lensa is on her phone, the fatso is staring at her, only the dwarf girl is actually paying attention. Is this a good thing or bad, I don't know. We finally finish with the class, me and the dwarven girl whose name I learned was Minerva actually had quite a fun chat. Overall the rest of the day passes slowly but surely and it is time to head home. On my way I stop by a grocery store to get some snacks as I do have plans on watching a movie that I bought. Checking out I walk past many alleyways and in one something catches my eye. I hear arguing so I head over to investigate it, peeking around the corner I see Lensa with some guys, bad looking guys. They don't appear to be all that happy and she is slumped down. There are five of them and one of them holds a phone out to her which gets a reaction from her. Getting closer, I hear them talking.
Man: Listen bitch, if you don't get me the cash by this time next week I will make you pay in other ways.
Lensa: But you said a 1000 dollars, there is a 1000 right there.
