CHAPTER TWENTY-ONE

"Yeah ma, I'm doing fine." I said through the phone, whispering. "You in trouble or something? What's with the whispering?" She asked and I sighed, I couldn't let her know I was working at a club.

"Nothing ma. I'll call you back later after my class." I lied. "Okay..." she said and I hung up the phone, coming out of the bathroom stall. I don't even get why you care so much, that shit happened a month ago, I'm doing better now," she mugged me and I shook my head. "I'm trying to help you. You need to press charges." I said and she sucked her teeth. "I see why we haven't been talking. Leave it the fuck alone Julian. Period." She said and walked away.

I nodded my head and left. The shit I do for the people I love. "Julian!" I heard Janice call me and I just wanted to jump off the stair case cause this b- "yes?" I turned around and asked her.

"Don't have an attitude. But here, someone from the VIP room wants to see you and they not giving you an option." She winked at me and I rolled my eyes. "It's not Dante?" I think this is very important somehow. "I'll do it," I said and she smiled hard and was about to walk away. "On one condition," I crossed my arms and she looked back at me. "Oh God. What is it?" She asked and I smiled. "Find out who gave Alex the drugs." I said and she sighed. "Okay. Deal." She said. "What room is it?" I asked. "Room 4." She said.

I went into the locker room to change and went on to VIP room 4. Once I found it I knocked on the door and got the okay to go in. When I came in, it was two females and just me. "Hello," I said and one of the women smiled. "Hi. We didn't really need a stripper but I needed a cover. Anyways, you can do whatever, I don't care but don't tell anyone what happens in here okay?" She asked and I nodded suspiciously.

"Yes ma'am..." I said and then she immediately got up and took off her coat and sat on the woman's lap that was next to her. The other woman leaned back and grabbed her ass. I just stood there not knowing what to do.

I don't even know how long it was until they stopped. "You can turn around now." I heard a soft voice. I cleared my throat and turned around to her standing next to me, with Serena standing behind her like a bodyguard.

"Okay.." I said and she nodded and grabbed Serena's hand then left. I stood there then laughed once they left, I didn't know what the fuck just happened. I scratched my brow and looked at the money.
