When both heard another voice and turned towards that direction.

When that known person called Mullai stood shocked and with teary eyed face went running to him and called MAMA, while kathir was shocked and confused and got angry that someone spoiled his moment with Mullai no his mullai he came towards that guy and saw him hugging Mullai and consoling her, when kathir felt uneasy and clenched his wrist to see that scene. Finally kathir came near them and staring at him hugging her after sometime both realize it's a hospital and moved back when that known person saw kathir and asked hey neenga kathir thana when kathir just nodded yes.
