Serena's wedding day was supposed to be the happiest day of her life. But it turned out to be a nightmare. But who would she turn to and who would help her? Read it and check it out.
It was only hours ago, as the bride was ready to go, the wedding was starting, and Darien was said to be at the church.
Only a few short months ago the Sailor Scouts had landed in a lost time. It wasn't like they had much of a choice, after fighting monsters. But Darien and Serena helped a group of friends who fight demons for a living.
So, while taking on a bad monster. as everyone grew a true bond with each other. Especially the leaders. but then as the girls said that these tow love birds were to be wedded. Inuyasha and the others were happy for them. Inuyasha became close to Serena, and he asks if her how did she know that Darien was the one?
He was curious about knowing about how one should know if it's meant to be.
Serena told Inuyasha that she didn't know for sure, but she felt it, inside of her body and inside her heart, but that's why she trusted it, there wasn't a doubt in her body or her heart that told her that she didn't love Darien with all her heart, and who cares about the rest of that other stuff, if you know it in your heart that, that's the one you should be with, then you shouldn't hold yourself back and let someone else come in and take it away, you need to jump on it and take that risk and say how you feel.
So, Inuyasha tried to be bold and for the first time take someone else's advice. He told Kagome how much he loved her, and he'd do anything for her, and he wanted her to be his wife. Kagome was stunned and shocked that he brought it up.
Kagome smiled and asked him if it was alright if she took a few days to think about it. Inuyasha was forced to accept that. Sure, it was true, the Jewel was re-captured and Naraku was gone. And their friends have invited them to their wedding. So, Trista broke one rule and allowed it. So, Kagome was finally able to share her time with Sango and Miroku, who never seen her world before.
Inuyasha, and the others were forced to go shopping for this wedding. Kagome had been acting off. She left her friends with her mother to help with the fitting, Rei called and said something bit was going on, and they could use some help with the wedding set up. Kagome volunteered to help out.
So, Kagome was gone for 2 days straight while this wedding was at its final moments. But then on that day. As the Sailor Scouts or the girls were dressed and went to pick up the others first. As Inuyasha looked good in a tuxedo, Rei called him hot for once.
As the girls all said Miroku sure did clean up nicely too. Sango told them back off ladies, he's mine. So, the girls all giggled and said they'd find love one day of their own. Inuyasha had finally admitted to everyone that he proposed to Kagome, and he was waiting for her to tell him her answer.
She told him this morning that she'd give him her answer, After the wedding. As they clapped and the girls said they did wish him the best of luck and finding happiness. Inuyasha thanked the girls for their kind words.
As Serena opened the door to her changing room. As everyone looked at the bride stepping out of the room and looking so beautiful in white. "So, how does it look? I hope it doesn't make me look fat. Asked Serena" a bit bashful with such a big dress.
"You're not fat, your beautiful, Said Sango" smiling as she took hold of her hands. "Really? Asked Serena" lifting her vail over to the side so she could see. "Yes, really, Serena, you are the most beautiful woman in the room right now, and in that dress you're a beautiful bride, Darien is a lucky man, Stated Inuyasha" showing respect too.
As she smiled at Inuyasha and thanked him for saying that. "She did feel ready for this day, she had been waiting for this for so long, it's finally coming true, she was excited, Said Serena" honestly.
