This is going to be a multiverse story of MHA. Some may be normal what if, but it might sometimes get a bit crazy, too crazy; you'll just have to read and see what I'm talking about.

Frontier: OK everyone, we are back with a new universe. But this one is one of my personal favorites.
Nana: How so?
Frontier: In this universe, Izuku is still quirkless, but All Might has taken notice of his quirk analyzing journals and thought that he might be put to good use. As Izuku has gotten into UA through a recommendation from All Might himself, Nezu thought of a trainer for Izuku it was either Aizawa, Higari, or Masaki; All Might thought that maybe all three would be good enough for this kid, but he would have to stay in 1-C for now.
Nana: Huh really... OK then, WHY DIDN'T YOU DO THAT BEFORE YOU MET HIM TOSHINORI!?
Toshinori: I'M SORRY NANA. BUT IF I HAD DONE THAT HE WOULD HAVE NEVER OBTAINED ONE FOR ALL.
Nana: ...Good point.
Toshinori: *Phew*
Katsuki: So Izuku is still quirkless in this universe. How will things turn out from this?
Frontier: You'll see.
(Universe starts)
(In UA Izuku is being trained by three staff members, Aizawa, Higari, and Masaki, for obvious reasons. Aizawa is training Izuku in stealth, martial arts, acrobatics, peak human condition, interrogation, & indomitable will. Meanwhile, Higari teaches Izuku about gadgetry. And Masaki taught Izuku Master Archery, (since he does not want to use guns) Disguising himself, and Hunting. Nezu thought that with enough training, Izuku would have become the first quirkless hero that UA had created.)
Kirishima: Did you guys hear?
Kaminari: Yeah there's a quirkless student in UA.
Katsuki: (grumbling to himself) That damn nerd I warned him not to enter this damn school; how did he get into UA in the first place?
Aizawa: Alright shut up. Today we'll be heading to the U.S.J.
The Class: THE U.S.J.
Aizawa: SHUT UP. Now someone from Class 1-C will be joining us for training, come in Midoriya.
(As Izuku has entered the class)
Izuku: H-hi everyone.
Kirishima: THAT'S HIM, THAT'S THE QUIRKLESS STUDENT I WAS TALKING ABOUT.
Mineta: NO WAY, HOW DID YOU GET INTO UA?
Mina: Are you from a rich family?
Tenya: WHY ARE YOU CARRYING A BOW & ARROW? WEAPONS ARE PROHIBITED IN SCHOOL?
Aizawa: (activates his quirk) EVERYONE SHUT UP. Midoriya will be coming with us to the U.S.J. for rescue exercises and we'll be going in our hero costumes. And Iida we gave him permission to have a weapon due to him being quirkless, so he'll need something to defend himself.
Tenya: Understood, my apologies.
(While everyone put on their costumes and waited for Aizawa to arrive with the bus, they noticed Izuku's costume & equipment.)
