PRIDE. | Miguel Mora

-Part 1-

I wake up to my alarm, it's currently 6:02 am. I groan at the thought of going to school, I remove my blanket and stand up immediately jumping from the cold floor. I make my way to the bathroom to shower. I take off my pjs and turn on the shower, nice and warm. I do my basic routine of putting shampoo in my hair and then I wash it out and put in conditioner and let it sit and I shave my legs and wash my body. I start washing out the conditioner and turn off the shower, stepping out onto the floor and put on a towel. I walk back into my room and put on some low rise jeans and a striped shirt with my black converse.

I walk back into the bathroom and do my everyday makeup. Some concealer, mascara and lipgloss. I brush my hair and brush my teeth, then I put in my earbud and go downstairs. My mom's filming a movie so it's just me and my dog Sami. I grab a granola bar from the kitchen and set out some food for Sami and started walking to school.

I made it to school and saw my Bestfriend Madeleine standing and waiting for me. I run up to her and hug her.

"You find out about your audition today!" She said hugging me back.

"Yeah I know I am really excited." I said as we walk into the building. I walked to my locker and pulled out my books.

"I'm so mad we have different classes, I'll call you at home." I say as I hug her and begin walking to class.

I walk into math, I mentally groan because I'm not awake enough for this.

I walk through the front door and pet my dog as he ran up and started barking. I go upstairs him following my side. I walk into my room and take off my shoes and jewelry. I take off my clothes and change into a comfy outfit.

I sit on my bed and put in my earbuds. I put on my playlist and doze off with my dog sleeping next to me.

I wake up to a phone call, shoot I forgot to call maddy. I shoot up and answer the phone.

"Someone just woke up." She laughed as I fix my hair.

I walk over to my desk and open my laptop, I set maddy up on the table and go to my email and I see the email from Blum House productions.

"HOLY SHIT!" I yell.

"What!?" Maddy says laughing.

"I got in!!" I yelled jumping up and down

"It says we start filming next week!" I said with excitement in my voice.

"Maddy I got to tell my mom the news." I said.

"Okay love you Byeeee." She hangs up.

I immediately call my mom. "MOMMA I GOT IN!" I yell and she smiles.

"I told you so baby." My mom says before cheering.

"Baby I got to get back to filming, I'm so proud of you though." She says making a pout face as he kisses the screen and hangs up.

I go into the bathroom and wipe off my makeup and wash my face. I do my skincare with moisturizer and serum. I take my toothbrush and brush my teeth. I walk out of my bathroom and get on my bed to go to sleep.

I lay next to my dog thinking about going to start filming. I put on my playlist and drift into a deep sleep.
