Cyno was arguing with his father Anubis. "Why are you marrying me off to some random woman!" "Because I'm king and I make choices for the nation." Anubis crossed his arms Cyno groans. "Why do I have to marry someone I don't love!" Cyno shouts back, his father slaps him "go to your room now boy!" Cyno storms off and slams the door behind him "damn child" Anubis rolls his eyes. He sits back down on the throne.

Cyno flops down on his bed and looks out the window. It showed the rain forest the trees are a deep green. He can hear the sounds of the birds chirping and the buzz of the insects. "I wonder what's it like to be a bird to be free to do whatever you want." Cyno sighs he rolls to his side. He thought to herself 'what if I runway' but what would he do is way to recognizable he looks to the window once again. Maybe just maybe he would run away.
Cyno sits on that thought for a few days. Before packing a bag with some snacks and some other supplies. He then sneaked out of the palace making sure no guards see him. He climbed the wall and jumped down. Then ran into the rainforest, as he ran through the forest he feet hit the damp ground. The noise of the forest rang around him. As he wasn't paying attention he trips and falls hitting his head on something. Everything went black. He didn't know how long he was out but his head hurts. His head was resting on something warm, he struggled to open his eyes.
"You're waking up." A voice said, Cyno just groaned in response. "You hit your head pretty hard to take it easy ok?" Cyno didn't respond, but he finally opened his eyes a boy around his age was looking down at him. "Hi there." he smiles "wh-where am I" Cyno asked. "The Avdiya forest." The person responded he just nodded. "Let's get you somewhere you can rest properly." He helps Cyno up.
They walked for awhile before reaching a small village. The boy continues to lead him until the reach a small house. Cyno was lead inside and guided to the couch "lay down" Cyno did as he was told. The boy walks off and grabs something Cyno just closed his eyes. He felt something wet touching his head "ow!" He opens his eyes. The boy glares at him "oh shush do you want an infection?" Cyno sighs and takes in the boys features. He had black hair, fair skin, fox ears and tail and beautiful green eyes. "What's your name?" The boy looked back at him "Tighnari and you." "Cyno..." he whispered
