Trigger Suicidal Thoughts
As she put her SUV in park, all she saw was Tayler and Tyler sitting on a bench, and saw the 9mm Tayler had bought for protection in his hand and she knew immediately that this was her worst fear coming true
"Babe" Caleigh said tears starting to form in her eyes walking towards the bench
Tayler turned around and saw Caleigh and immediately began to cry hysterically
Caleigh sat next to him and put her hand on his hand that had the gun in it
"I will let you two talk" Tyler said getting up and walking towards his truck
"Tyler just stay here for a minute" Caleigh said
Tyler stopped in his tracks and just stood behind two of his best friends
"Babe what is going on?" Caleigh asked, grabbing the gun out of Tayler's hand and handing it to Tyler
"Go put that in your truck and just don't leave please" Caleigh said
"I will be in my truck" Tyler said
"Baby, talk to me" Caleigh said turning her attention back to Tayler
Tayler was crying harder than Caleigh had ever seen him cry before, something was going on, and Caleigh was not going anywhere until they figured it out together
"I just can't do it anymore" Tayler said
"Do what?" Caleigh asked
"This, dealing with all of these allegations coming out about me everyday. Losing people around me, it is only a matter of time before you leave Cal, and I can't live a world where you and the kids aren't around" Tayler explained
"Tayler, me and the kids are not going anywhere, we are here for you no matter what, we are in it for the long hall" Caleigh said heartbroken thinking that he thought she would just up and leave and take the kids
"The only reason I am still breathing right now is because I couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger at the thought of leaving you and kids here to pick up the pieces of all of this" Tayler said
"Babe do you know how many people love you, and would be devastated if you were no longer on this earth" Caleigh began explaining to him
"Not many" Tayler whispered under his breath
"Tayler Holder, do you know how many people are at our house right now worried sick about you because they love you." Caleigh continued
"Not many" Tayler repeated
"Jay, Creesh, Jacob, Christen, 2k for starters," Caleigh said listing the names of all of the friends sitting in their home
"Really? They are all there?" Tayler said surprised by all of the support that he had, had
"Yes baby, when Tyler called and said he had found you, Jay and Creesh told me to go. I called Christen and without me even asking her and Jacob got in the car and drove to house to help with the kids" Caleigh explained "John is in the Tahoe, so that he can drive your truck home"
In that moment Tayler realized the support system he had in his corner, the people that were actually his friends, and the people that supported him and that were really there for him during this difficult time, in the time where he felt like no one loved him he was actually so loved it overwhelmed him
"Can we go home?" Tayler asked putting his head on Caleigh's shoulder
"Let's go home baby" Caleigh said standing up and grabbing his hand
They walked to the Tahoe, 2k got into Tayler's truck and they drove the hour back to Tayler and Caleigh's house.
