Precinct 99th No POV
Jake: <looking at the lists that came out of the Printer> oh, this is amazing. This is so amazing. Everything about this is amazing.
Terry: what are you talking about?
Jake: a virus got on the server and sent all of us an email with everyone's search histories. Check this out. Sergeant Jeffords searched the internet for "undiscovered muscle."
Terry; I was working out and saw a muscle in my shoulder I'd never seen before. I thought it might've been a scientific discovery.
Gina: listen to this. Scully searched for "how much fudge is in a calorie?"
Scully; <putting baby powder on his foot> I never found the answer, but it was a good question.
Rosa: Boyle looked up, "How to make desk yogurt."
Charles: yes, I did, and I am thrilled with the results. <holds a jar of yogurt> although the jar is really hot.
Jake: that's gross. And Amy searched for "Daniel Craig hands" plus "close up." Ugh.
Amy; you should talk. You searched for "cheapest date possible."
Jake: and I wear that search like a badge of honor.
Flashback
Jake was in a restaurant with a girl who looked attractive.
Jake: so, ready for dinner? Here we go. <starts reaching up a vending machine through the drop flap> would you like something sweet? Or maybe savory? Apple pie- and I'm stuck. I'm stuck!
Girl: <leaves>
Flashback over.
Jake: this one is interesting. Reima looked up, "cheapest apartments near me." Why?
Wade; oh that's just for a friend.
Gina: didn't you said that you haven't seen any of your friends since your parents kicked you out?
Wade: maybe... don't worry about it, I searched other stuff like what are the next games Nintendo will release and stuff like that. Don't worry about it.
Wade walked away as the Squad looked at each other as this was a little worrying but they let it go for now. A little later, Jake got a call.
Jake: Peralta. Hey, Sal. To what of I owe the honor? Oh, my god. Yeah, we'll be right there. <hangs up and grabs his jacket> Boyle, Reima...
Jake gestured them to come with him as they did and arrived at a building that was set on fire but the Firefighters put it out already. They arrived on a car as Jake looked distraught.
Jake: no! I can't believe Sal's is gone. This place is an institution. It's the best pizza in the neighborhood.
Charles: well, eight-best.
Jake: <looks at him>
Charles; but yeah, a tragedy. I mean, any food-related crime is a tragedy.
Wade: never tried this pizza. Looks like I won't now.
Charles: oh, no. Heads up, Fire Marshal.
A FireFighter truck arrived as the Fire Marshal got off and he was a short chubby guy as he walked over.
Jake: oh, Boone. What's that nimrod doing here?
Wade: is there some bad blood between you two or something?
