"papa" Mahindra stopped seeing Sakshi's father, the famous heart surgeon among the world Dr. Sanjay Thakur was standing in front of him, showing his Palm to stop him from going inside the cabin.

"Mahindra you can't meet her"

"Sorry . I didn't get your words papa 🤨?"

"You heard right Mahindra . I will not allow you to go close to me child."

"Papa she is my wife"

"Ya ya she is your wife and that is just for name sake. You never loved her, you never cared for her and now look at her ... look Mahindra, my baby my Sakshi was in danger the whole night why? Just because of you. Can't you manage some precious time to come to the Anniversary party?" Sanjay accused him for what he did.

Lowering his head, Mahindra was taking all the aligation without protesting. She is her father, over the top he has the first right at Sakshi, more than his.

"Why Mahindra? Why do you always take her for granted?" Sanjay whisper yelled at Mahindra holding his collars on his fist

Mahindra looked at Sanjay. He can see His father-in-law is going through so much pain. Every father would react the same way Sanjay was doing.

"I'm sorry" Mahindra whispered almost in an inaudible voice

Did your silliness bring happiness in my child's life Mahindra?"

Sanjay jerked his collar off and said in a stern voice.

"Let's end the namesake relationship Dr. Mahindra Pratap Singh . Let my child free from the cage name 'marriage'. She deserves love, affection, and care from someone who will truly love her. She doesn't deserve your ignorance, cold behaviour"

Sanjay joined his hand in front of him 🙏🏻

Mahindra hold Sanjay's joined hand and shook his head

"Please papa. Don't make me more embarrassed. I already am."

"Please Mahindra let her free from this cage. I can't see her like this. See never told us how her life was going in the past one year. Trust me she never did any complaints about you, about your behaviour, she never did. She always tries to defend you and always tries to put you in my good books but I got to know about all this when we came here some hours ago. Someone, who was so close to Sakshi told me everything and after knowing everything I can't let her suffer here more. It's a request from a father to you for his daughter, please let her free " Sanjay said and shedded some tears.

When Sanjay and Sangeeta came to the hospital two hours back Akriti, Sakshi's PA told him personally everything. She can't see Sakshi like this, all heart broken and shattered that's why she told everything.

"If Sakshi want to be free from me then I'll let her go Papa" Mahindra said with a broken smile in his lips

His eyes were burning because he was trying to hold back his tears.

Sanjay looked at him and nodded. Mahindra left the place while wiping the single tears unknowingly falling from his eyes.

After regaining her senses Sakshi mumbled his name first. But everyone except him came to see her.

Sangeeta and Nandini started crying with happy and sad tears.

Happy because Sakshi is safe and out of danger now and sad because if anything could happen with Sakshi.

Sakshi scolded them for crying so much when she is fine now and both the mother of her showered her all the kisses and love.

Moment by moment her eyes automatically went towards the door as if Mahindra would come soon and hug her tightly.

She remembered everything that happened last night before she lost consciousness.

The intense kiss, the tight hug, the closeness, the intimate position they were sitting on the floor, the way Yuvaan lifted her chin to look at her from close, the way his protective hands were caressing her waist every thing she can recall.

"Papa" Sakshi's eyes twinkled in joy when Sanjay stepped inside with a chocolate box in his hand.

Sakshi tries to sit up on the bed and Shubman helps.

After her mother and mother-in-law left, Virat and Shubman came inside to check on her.

Virat left long ago but Shubman refused to leave His Sakshi bhabhi alone.

Shubman helped her to sit on the bed and her eyes beamed with tears

Her lips started quivering when Sanjay placed the box on the side table and caressed her hairs

She could not control herself more and hugged him tightly.

Shubman smiled looking at them and nodded at Sanjay before biding bye to the father daughter duo.

"Bass beta aur nhi. Dekho papa agaye hai na apni Sakshi ke paas ab kuch nhi hone dunga main apni beta ko" Sanjay said, breaking the hug and then wiped her tears.

"I'm sorry papa because of me you and mumma has to come hurriedly"

"If we wouldn't come for you then for whom we will come beta ? Ahmed said, kissing her forehead, making Sakshi smile with tears.

Mahindra saw everything from the second glass door of the cabin. And smiled

He caressed her face on the glass and smiled. A painful smile.

"Your father is right. You will be happy if we get separate. And you deserve the world my love. I know I am Failed as a husband but one thing I can do to keep you happy. I'll let you go Sakshi. I want your happiness if it's wants my loneliness still I will let you go" Mahindra smiled before Sakshi turned to the door feeling his presence.

Sakshi was feeling Mahindra was there, near her from so long but couldn't understand what was the feeling? She turned to look at the second glass door of the cabin but still she couldn't find anyone.

She shrugged off her feelings of being close to him and smiled at her father.

Three days passed Sakshi in the hospital. Sakshi was under observation 24 hours, either Sangeeta or Nandani or Sanjay or Shubman or  Sameer or Virat or Sara spent time with her whenever she was awake but Mahindra didn't come for a single second whom Sakshi wanted the most.

With Sakshi everyone came back to  [ Aashirvaad ]after her discharge.

Sangeeta and Sanjay didn't want to stay here saying it's their daughter's in-laws but Urmila jee assured them that it's their daughter's house and they have the right to stay in their daughter's house.

Shubman stopped talking with Sara from that day. Also Shubman didn't feel like coming home so he was staying his night either at the terrace room or at his office.

Virat was trying to find Anushka's location for the last two days but couldn't find her. His secret detective informed him she is out of Delhi. They last saw Anushka at her parents house after the day she left Aashirvad.

Mahindra also avoided coming home at that time. For the first time his mind stopped working and his heart was telling him to let her go.

Atlast he made up his mind and prepared the papers. Today he will come to talk to Sakshi about his decision so that Sakshi can go with her father to Dubai. Leaving him alone again ......
