Under the shadow of guilt

"Rose, ROSE!! wake up!!" Cidely woke me up with shouts and opening the window to let the sunlight almost burn my eyes. "WHAT?!!!" I shouted angry. "Breakfast is ready" she said with a big grin. I don't how she does that. Being happy all the time. "C'mon and get ready we got a long day" she exited the room. My tired body got up and hardly walked to the bathroom and wash myself. Cid was the only one who can make me do this. Every one had the image of me as a dangerous criminal and I didn't care changing that. And just because I care about her I don't want her involved in this situation so I can't stay long here. We did this "shopping" thing all day. We had so much fun. We where two crazy teenagers fooling around. We got to the house really tired and I was really sick of this high heels I was wearing. She noticed and started laughing at me. "Stop that!" I shouted. "Hey Rose" she changed the subject with a serious look. "What?" I replied while getting off of those torturing shoes. "Promise me you will change that horrible life you've been following'' she said with her eyes stuck in mine. "Sorry Cid, my life is not based on promises" she looked down for a second and rushed upstairs and went to sleep. I sat down at the couch thinking about she said until she interrupted me "There's the fridge and the tv I know is what you only need Night Night!" she shouted from upstairs. "Thanks" I replied smiling.

I couldn't sleep so I went outside for some fresh air. I started walking down the dark streets with no fear at all, totally forgetting the dark shadow following me last night. In about three houses next door a familiar car stopped beside me. It was the drunk idiot of the bar the other night. He began to whistle at me but I ignored him. He got out his car and and stood behind me "Wanna finish what we started last night darling" he shouted. "Shut up and get lost you fool" I said walking away showing him my pretty middle finger. He took me from behind and pushed me against a wall and started kissing my neck. I tried to pull off but he was much stronger because this time he wasn't drunk. Suddenly a blurry shadow stood behind the man and pulled him away causing me to fall down. When finally I could see better the shadow turned into a tall guy fighting. That guy seemed more stronger than the drunk idiot. The man got scared and rushed away. "Did he hurt you?" said a tall guy with honey blazed eyes matching his tanned skin and dark waves of hair. I had to admit he was very handsome. But non of that blinded me. "I can take care of myself alone" I said trying to stand up between my dizziness. "Well I think that's not true babe" he said drawing a smirk in his face. "Don't call me babe idiot" I said rudely while walking back to Cidely's house. "Wait I can take you" he said holding my wrist. "No" I said. "You are very hard to get miss. I like that" he said said winking at me and smiling cheeky. "Get lost fool" I said trying to pull away. "Do you really want me to?" He pulled me very close to his chest diving his bright eyes in to mine. His breath, his eyes, his smell. All this was driving me crazy but I can get weak in front of anyone. Never done it and never will. His hand went slowly through my back lowering and squeezing my bum tight. "Just leave me alone!" I screamed. He dropped me giving up with his actions. He turned around and walked away till a shadow made him dissapear. I ran off to Cid's house relieved that his silent steps weren't following me anymore. Very tired washed myself and went to sleep. Before I could close my eyes I heard something buzzing inside my clothes. It was the phone I stole from the drunk idiot and it had a message.

WHAT THE HECK? is that the mysterious guy that almost raped me after saving me minutes ago?

All night and my eyes refuse to close. Thinking what to do so the police won't involve Cidely in my problems. And who am I kidding? That guy was the principal reason of my sleepless night. He was now becoming my shadow. I told what happened to Cidely "HE SQUEEZED YOUR..." I covered her mouth. "SHUT YOUR PIE HOLE!" than she laughed and laughed like crazy all day. "Im leaving Cid" she stayed in shock. "I don't want you to get in trouble because of me"she nodded and we started searching for places I could stay. She had an old friend from school that was searching for a roomate. "Don't you remember him?" she asked. "ahmm I don't think so" I replied. "Liam! how can you not remember him?" she said. "Nope" I replied. "He has been in little crimes before too" she added a little disappointed. "PERFECT! call him now!" I said exited "Ok then" she said before calling him.

*Three days later*

These three days had been sooo boring. I'm tired of this. I need adrenaline go running in my veins again. But still I was thinking about the guy. That idiot that got me going crazy. Luckily there was no sign of him. My thoughts got interrupted when I heard the doorbell. I heard loud greetings from downstairs. Maybe it was Liam. I hope he doesn't recognize me. When I got in the living room I saw this tall handsome guy with chocolate bright eyes looking at me with a nice smile. "Im Liam Payne" he said with a low voice. "Im Rose" So you need a roomate?" I said not letting him finish. Cidely was embarrassed and started sending me looks. Liam giggled and answered with a firm yes. He talked about his life and the benefits of living with him. It sounded interesting so we confirmed and in two more days Im moving to his house. Weird but I will find a way to have fun through all these problems.

*Two days later*

It's time. Liam is coming in a minute and I'm getting ready. A part of me was really sad because I didn't wanted to leave Cidely. But I need to for her own safety. I hear the doorbell and I rush downstairs. I could feel that Cidely was sad but didn't tell me. I opened the door and there he was. Liam was getting more handsome everytime. Cid and I hugged really tight before I left "I love you my little robber" she said before a tear could fall down her cheeks. "I love you too Cid"
