September 2nd, 3:00pm @EDICTA ENT Studio - Taejin POV

The studio was alive with the hum of activity as we walked in. Stylists, photographers, and assistants moved with a practised urgency, adjusting lights, arranging backdrops, and rolling racks of carefully chosen outfits across the polished floor. This wasn't just any photo shoot—it was our first official promotional shoot for SOLANIS, and the weight of that reality settled over us as we took it all in.

Sungjin adjusted his collar, trying to appear nonchalant, though the excitement was plain in the way he looked around, wide-eyed. "Feels surreal, doesn't it?" he said, nudging me with a grin.

I nodded, feeling the same thrill surge through me. "It's happening. This isn't just training or practice—it's... real." I glanced down, running my fingers over the textured fabric of my outfit. The clothes felt like armour, a new identity beginning to form around me—one that felt a little more like SOLANIS and a little less like just Taejin.

Our manager, Jihoon-hyung, stepped forward, clapping his hands to gather our attention. "Alright, everyone, listen up! This is your debut shoot. We want energy, but it needs to be controlled, purposeful. Remember the concept we discussed. SOLANIS isn't just any group; you're a light for those in the dark. Show that strength, that confidence. These photos will be the first glimpse fans get of who SOLANIS is."

Minho, ever the steady leader, nodded with that calm determination that set the tone for the rest of us. "Got it, hyung. Let's make this unforgettable."

One by one, we took our turns in front of the camera, each of us embodying a different side of SOLANIS. Sungjin was up first, his quiet intensity giving his shots a mysterious allure that had the photographer nodding in approval. Jaeyoung followed with his usual playful edge, flashing a grin that lit up the set. Then, it was my turn.

As I stepped forward, Jihoon-hyung gave me a reassuring nod, as if to say: You're ready for this. Taking a deep breath, I closed my eyes for a second, letting the energy of the room settle into my bones. When I opened them, I was no longer just Taejin. I was SOLANIS.

The first few shots clicked by in a steady rhythm, and I could feel myself settling into the moment. But then the photographer motioned for me to dig deeper. "Let's see more intensity, Taejin. Think about what CROWN means to you. Show that conflict—the struggle and the strength."

The mention of CROWN sparked something within me. Memories flooded my mind: the late nights spent writing, the endless rehearsals, the doubts and insecurities I'd fought to overcome. But also the pride and the determination—the sense that every moment of hardship had been a step toward this. I narrowed my eyes, my stance grew firmer, and I let that intensity rise to the surface.

The camera clicked again, and I could feel the difference. The weight of my story, of everything I'd poured into that song, was there in my gaze. I wasn't just Taejin anymore—I was part of SOLANIS, a piece of something bigger, reaching out through the lens to connect with anyone who would eventually see this photo.

As I stepped back, a wave of exhilaration rushed over me. Sungjin clapped me on the shoulder, his grin wide and proud. "Nicely done, golden boy."

"Who's the golden boy now?" I laughed, shrugging off the praise, but deep down, the pride warmed me as I rejoined the others, watching each member step into their own moment in the spotlight.
