As the training continued, Kei and Ignis revealed the true nature of their power. The celestial beings were part of an ancient order meant to maintain the balance of the multiverse. Aeon, their former master, had once been a guardian like them, but over time, he had become consumed by the desire to control all of existence.
Now, Aeon had begun absorbing entire universes, growing stronger with each one he consumed. His ultimate goal was to return everything to the void from which it came, an act of total annihilation.
The warriors stood on the edge of a multiverse-spanning war, knowing that they were the last line of defense against Aeon's apocalyptic ambitions.
