                                   Chapter one

"Tanjiro! Are you going to town today?!" You asked and shouted at the same time as you came back inside. After you made a load of charcoal for today.

"Yes I am! I will be heading out soon!" Tanjiro replied you as he finishes his lunch.

"Ok I just made a fresh load of charcoal ready to go"
You said grabbing the basket that Tanjrio takes when he goes to town.

You loaded the basket with charcoal and putting near the furnace for tanjiro. You walked back inside and across paths with your mother.

"(Sighs) Y/N you have coal power all over your face... come here let me clean it off.." -mom

You walked over to her and she went on your knee and cleaned it off.

"You know you two don't have to do any work today..." -mom

"I know mom but me and tanjiro will work hard together, for this year's holiday and make enough money even if it's just a little" -you

Your mom stopped and looked at you then smiled.

"How can I end up with a two amazing kids?.." -mom

"You just got lucky I guess." -you

You went outside to see your little brother Takeo picking up an axe. You walked over and picked your axe up too..

"You don't have to come with me... I was going to asked tanjiro.."  -Takeo

You were about to say something but your younger silbings came out of nowhere and ran passed you making your red hair go crazy. (Yes you have red hair your like a look-alike of tanjiro like the girl version of him) you smiled then you looked to see Takeo already gone towards where your family was gathered.

"It looks like tanjiro is going to town now better go and say bye." You thought as you walk towards them to see that your younger siblings were on the edge of tears.

"Tanjiro won't be taking the cart today so, he can't pull you went you are tried.." your mom said as she puts a hand on their heads.

"But..! (Sniffs) But...!-"

"No buts what mom said is finial..! (In a gentle voice)"  you said.
They started to cry lightly but tanjiro came and went on his knee and promised them that he will get them some candy when he'll come back. They're faces lit up and they started to run around tanjiro then went off in an other direction.

"Have a safe trip Tanjiro... come back soon.." you said as tanjiro went off...

It has been a few hours since he left amd you were slowly starting to get worried what if something happened? Is he hurt somewhere? Is he in danger? But your mother reassured you.

"Mom... Tanjiro isn't back yet... I should go and look for him now..." -you

"It's ok, it's just like last time he's probably taking his time since it's snowing out" -mom

You sighed and sat near where your siblings were sleeping peacefully. You were about to said something to your mom... that's when you heard knocking at the door your mom got up and went to go and answer it.

"Who could it be at this hour?.." you thought as she opens the door.. you saw a man standing there what looks like he's in his early-thirties.

"Hello..? How May I help you?" Your mom asked but then the next second she was on the floor bowing her head.

"Mom?... are you oka-" but before you could finish you felt a sense come over you and you felt scared why?...

"Where is the blue spider lily? I know you know here it is?!"

The man said, but you felt like you were going to die by the way he speaks your mom answered honestly that she doesn't know what to flower is.

The next second he put up his hand a spiral of sharp vines came out of his hand. You saw as your family was being slaughtered right there, right in front of your eyes... you were badly cut your arms was cut your legs were cut your stomach was cut but not that deep..

You fell to the ground as you saw nezuko grab Rokuta and fell to the ground with the man smirking then disappear... you were still breathing but you felt like you were soon going to die.. you went into unconsciousness for while until you heard to sounds of screaming.

You slowly opened one eye to see Tanjiro starring into the house seeing all of your and his family dead but you weren't but you couldn't do anything. You couldn't move you couldn't talking even make a sound to show that your still alive... but Tanjiro only took nezuko you thought you heard him said that she's the only one warm and off he went heading towards the town...

"Wait... wait... I'm still....alive..." you thought in your mind... you tired so hard to stand since blood was pouring from your stomach you grabbed the closest thing of fabric you could find and tied it around yourself as you army-crawled out of that place...

Since the town was only a few miles away you feel like if you tried to get as far as possible for someone to notice you... you crawled into snow going as fast you could go your breathing was slowing down but you still pulled through until you collapsed right there.

You felt someone pick you up and put you down on a wagon what felt like since it was wood so it had to be a wagon right? Before you knew it you felt lots of hands on you but not hurting you, helping you feeling fabric being tied around your wounds you slightly opened your eyes to see a slight colour of purple... then you passed out... feeling safe..
