The sun was setting over Bangkok, casting long, golden rays that painted the skyline with streaks of fire. The city buzzed with life, but inside the glass-walled penthouse, the only sound was the soft hum of the air conditioning and the distant thrum of traffic below.

Bible sat at the grand piano, fingers grazing the keys without pressing down. His eyes, ark and thoughtful, focused on the shimmering reflection of the city in the glass. He barely noticed Jes stepping out from the balcony, a glass of wine in hand and a smirk that could set hearts ablaze.

"You're miles away," Jes teased, his voice low, carrying that smoky quality that always made Bible's heart skip a beat.

Bible looked up, the spell of his thoughts broken. A half-smile tugged at the corner of his lips. "Just thinking."

A shiver ran down Bible's spine, but he kept his composure, leaning back slightly to meet Jes's eyes. "Then what should I be doing?"

Jes's smirk widened, a flash of mischief sparking in his gaze. Without a word, he captured Bible's mouth with his own, the taste of wine mingling with the electric pulse that snapped between them. The kiss was deep, demanding, setting off fireworks that neither of them could ignore.

Bible's laughter was swallowed as Jes claimed him again, this time with a hunger that promised the night was just beginning.....
