CHAPTER 10: RAGE

"THE FUTURE EMPRESS of Spade Empire. We greet you a pleasant night."

Ledieve knights.

Bakit naparito sila ngayon sa teritoryo ng Spade Empire? It's just 2 hours away from the Palace, how the hell did they get in the Emperial territory?!

Lumingon naman sila sa kabila ko at nakita nila si Ace. He's not moving an inch pero mabigat ang pakiramdam ko sa kaniya.

They're really fucked.

Sa storya ko kasi, Ace hated Ledieve Kingdom so much that he earned a title of the Raving Prince.

He would kill them so mercilessly, like a raging beast that just got freed from its shackles.

Napahawak naman ako sa sintido ko dahil sumasakit na naman ang ulo ko. Bakit sumasakit ang ulo ko ngayon?

"Step outside, my lady. Everyone, kill the knight." Utos ng lalake pero tinaasan ko lamang ito ng kilay.

They're fraud.

"Are you really capable of that?" Tanong ko sa kanila at tumigil naman ang mga ito saka nasa akin na ang kanilang mga atensyon.

"Are you capable of killing this man?" Tanong ko ulit sa kanila at tumawa naman ang mga ito.

"We are the elite assasins of the Ledieve Kingdom, my lady—"

"I know of it. You're crest itself are the feared Elites of Ledieve Kingdom. But I cannot seem to at least see one of those Elites in any of you from that Kingdom of Ledieve—" I turned my head over to Ace who still doesn't move.

"—Are you really able to kill such predator like him?" Tanong ko sa kanila pero ang mga tingin ko ay nakadikit pa rin kay Ace.

"You are underestimating the elites of the Ledieve Kingdom, my lady. Here, take my hand and let's get to business." Sabi nito at akmang inilahad ang kamay nito sa akin nang biglang inilabas ni Ace ang kanyang sandata at pinutol ang kamay nito!

Shit...

He's so fast! Hindi ko nakita ang bilis ni Ace sa pagputol ng kamay ng lalake!

"AAAHHH!" Sigaw ng assassin at humiga ito sa lupa habang nakahawak ito sa putol na kamay. His blood splattered around my dress kaya tinitigan ko si Ace.

I'm not scared about what he did. Everything around here is just the story that I wrote, so none of this are all real.

"Why are these bastards acting like this just because I haven't gone back to the front lines yet?" Ace's voice was fear itself.

Halos hindi ako makapaghinga ng maayos nang dahil sa sobrang tako ko sa kaniya ngayon.

"No one dares try to touch my woman." His voice boomed inside the carriage as my red dress, hands and some of my cheek had blood splattered from the enemy.

"H-His woman?"

"The Prince..."

"That's the Prince!"

"Everyone! Retreat!"

Lumabas na sa karwahe si Ace habang bitbit ang duguan nitong sandata at umatras naman ang mga knights dahil sa takot sa kaniya.

Lumingon muna ito saglit sa akin saka hinawakan ang kamay ko at hinalikan ito kahit my helmet pa ring suot.

"Wait for me, my love." Sabi nito at tumalikod na sa akin saka isinara na ang pinto ng  carriage kaya napalamon ako ng hangin dahil sa sobrang takot!
