A little while ago......
Later that evening.
Shivaay's apartment. Shivaay walks in.....he founds Sid sitted on a coach.
"Well....well....look who it is..... Shivaay Singh Oberoi....so how did you mission to avoid Anika went?" Sid asked sarcastically.
"A good evening to you too Siddrath Khurana.....but for your kind information.....the plan was a success.....though....it had some ups and downs....but you know how determined I can get...I pulled through," Shivaay replied.
"Good....but how about tomorrow...how will you manouevre?" Sid asked.
"Jokes on you Sid... because tomorrow.....I have the entire morning free to myself...moreover she works at the morning shift....so am completely free," Shivaay replied.
"You seem to have everything planned....but till when Shivaay?" Sid asked curiously.
"Huh...what do you mean exactly??!! Shivaay asked confused.
"What I mean by that....I mean for how long will you keep on hiding from her......till when....a week....a month....a year.....you have to face the truth Shivaay....you like her and before it's too late....you should tell her how exactly she means to you....or else someone might beat you at it....that's one word for a wise man....now if you excuse me .....I'll be at my room," Sid advised.
He left.
( Locking of the door is heard at the background).
"Is Sid right....am I actually...falling head over heels...for that jungle girl.....what am I even saying....love has never been in my dictionary.....let alone vocabulary.....yeah....that's right.....am sure....it's a phase which will pass and go away soon," Shivaay reassured himself leaving to his room.
Crossing over. Anika's apartment. Anika is alone at the living room seated on the couch.
( Pari has gone for a camp trip).
She can't help think about Shivaay.
"What's wrong with me.....so what...if he is sick....is it the end of the world....no......but his human after all.....though he has his MANY shortcomings but...at the end of the day....his human....and we human beings....have to care for each other.....yes....morever...Pari isn't here to nag me around...it's settled then....I'll make him my homemade soup recipe.....that am sure....by just the taste of it...his cold will go away....yes let me go and prepare it," Anika said to herself.
She went to the kitchen.....brought all the ingredients....started washing the vegetables....cut them and even grate them...then lighted the stove....then started stirring...while stirring....tasting it...whether to add more salt....whatnot....then finished preparing it.
Then switched off the stove.
"All done....now let me store it...in a safe place....so that tomorrow....I can take it to him.....in just a taste of this.....his cold will vanish in thin air," Anika said excitedly.
She stored it then switched off the lights and retired to bed.
