~He was taken from a hospital at age 13 while visiting his ill mother,and was also taken to the lab Alessa and Fawn were in. He was operated on as well. He learned that he was a shape-shifter. He could become any animal you could think of. One day while he was wondering the lab,he spotted Alessa and Fawn escaping. So,obviously,he followed them. He followed them all the way to a secluded forest in Vietnam before the split ways,and they haven't seen each other since.
